Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac miksera, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Mikser wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy czesc robocza, uchwyt oraz pierscien usytuowany pomiedzy czescia roboczai uchwytem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc robocza ma po- stac dwusegmentowa, przy czym segment górny ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana boczna obejmuje cztery wypuklosci, zas segment dolny ma ksztalt stozka scietego, na którego scianie bocznej znajduje sie szesc wklesniec majacych, w wi- doku z przodu i z tylu, zarysy paraboli, oraz którego krawedz dolna jest falista, przy czym posrodku sciany dolnej tego segmentu usytuowany jest nóz roboczy. Uchwyt ma ksztalt walca ze skosna podstawa górna, w polu której znajduja sie kuliste wypuklosci ulozone obwodowo, przy czym tuz pod podstawa górna znajduje sie obwodowe wklesniecie, zas strona tylna uchwytu ma wybranie, w którym usytuowana jest wkladka ze skosnym wy- stepem. Na stronie przedniej uchwytu znajduja sie: owalna wkladka z poprzecznym wystepem oraz opisy slowno-cyfro- we. Pierscien usytuowany pomiedzy uchwytem, a czescia robocza ma krawedzie faliste, a w jego polu na stronie bocznej znaj- duje sie owalny wystep. The essence of the design is a new form of the mixer, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mixer in perspective views from the front, from above and from the side, fig. 2 - the mixer in a front view, fig. 3 - the mixer in a side view, fig. 4 - the mixer in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the mixer in a back view, fig. 6 - the mixer in a top view, and fig. 7 - the mixer in a bottom view. A mixer according to the model, comprising a working part, a handle and a ring located between the working part and the handle, is characterized in that the working part has a two-segment form, wherein the upper segment has the shape of a truncated cone, the side wall of which includes four protrusions, and the lower segment has the shape of a truncated cone, on the side wall of which there are six concavities having, in front and rear view, the outlines of a parabola, and the lower edge of which is wavy, wherein the working knife is located in the middle of the lower wall of this segment. The handle is cylindrical in shape with a sloping upper base, which has spherical protrusions arranged circumferentially. Just below the upper base is a circumferential concavity. The rear side of the handle has a recess in which an insert with a sloping protrusion is located. The front side of the handle features an oval insert with a transverse protrusion and text and numeric descriptions. The ring located between the handle and the working part has wavy edges, and its area on the lateral side includes an oval protrusion.
