Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac miksera, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia mikser w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- mikser w widoku z przodu, fig.3- mikser w widoku z tylu, fig.4- mikser w widoku z boku, fig.5- mikser w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- mikser w wido- ku z góry, a fig.7- mikser w widoku z dolu. Mikser wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy trzysegmentowy uchwyt oraz dwusegmentowa czesc robocza, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze uchwyt ma ksztalt bryly z wypukla sciana przednia,której krzywizna przechodzi w sciane górna, zas sciany boczne maja, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarysy lukowate, a sciana tylna ma w widoku z boku zarys linii falistej. Na stronie przedniej uchwytu, na poziomej linii podzialowej pomiedzy pierwszym i drugim segmentem uchwytu znajduje sie przycisk o zarysie owalnym. Na wypuklosci górnej sciany segmentu pier- wszego i tylnej sciany segmentu trzeciego uchwytu, w poblizu krawedzi segmentów, znajduja sie cztery wypuklosci majace, w widoku z boku, zarysy trójkatne, a w widoku z góry i z dolu zarysy koliste. Na stronie tylnej uchwytu, na linii podzialo- wej pomiedzy pierwszym i trzecim segmentem znajduje sie wy- pukly wystep o zarysie owalnym. Czesc robocza obejmuje górny segment w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego sciana boczna jest wklesla i dolny segment w ksztalcie wydrazonej pólczaszy kulistej, przy czym krawedz dolna pólczaszy stanowi lukowate odcinki. Na powierzchni pólczaszy znajduja sie cztery wybra- nia, kazde o zarysie trójkata z lukowatymi bokami. Ponadto w osi czaszy usytuowany jest nóz roboczy, na którym znajduje sie nakladka o zarysie szesciokata. The essence of the design is a new form of the mixer, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mixer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the mixer in a front view, fig. 3 - the mixer in a back view, fig. 4 - the mixer in a side view, fig. 5 - the mixer in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the mixer in a top view, and fig. 7 - the mixer in a bottom view. The mixer, according to the model, comprising a three-segment handle and a two-segment working part, is characterized in that the handle has a solid shape with a convex front wall, the curvature of which merges into the upper wall, while the side walls have, in front and rear views, arc-shaped outlines, and the rear wall has, in side views, the outline of a wavy line. On the front side of the handle, on the horizontal dividing line between the first and second segments of the handle, there is an oval-shaped button. On the convexity of the upper wall of the first segment and the rear wall of the third segment of the handle, near the edges of the segments, there are four convexities having, in side views, triangular outlines and, in top and bottom views, circular outlines. On the rear side of the handle, on the dividing line between the first and third segments, there is a convex oval projection. The working part comprises an upper segment in the shape of a truncated cone, the side wall of which is concave, and a lower segment in the shape of a hollow spherical half-bowl, the lower edge of which is formed by arcuate segments. The surface of the half-bowl has four recesses, each in the shape of a triangle with arcuate sides. Furthermore, a working knife is located in the axis of the bowl, to which a hexagonal overlay is attached.
