Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac maszynki do gole- nia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l przedstawia maszynke do golenia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- maszynke w wido- ku z góry, fig.3- maszynke w widoku z dolu, fig.4- maszynke w widoku z boku, fig.5- maszynke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- maszynke w widoku od strony glowicy, a fig.7- maszynke w widoku od strony zakonczenia uchwytu. Maszynka do golenia wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca glowi-ce oraz uchwyt, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze glowica ma ksztalt pryzmy scietej, której naroza i krawedzie sa zaokraglone, przy czym na scianie bocznej glowicy znajduje sie linia fa- lista, a na scianie górnej i dolnej glowicy znajduje sie pas wkleslosci majacych zarysy skosnie ustawionych linii. Od strony przedniej glowica ma wybranie zachodzace na jej sciane górna i dolna, w którym to wybraniu znajduje sie zespól gola- cy obejmujacy dwie wypukle powierzchnie siateczkowe oraz po- miedzy nimi powierzchnie azurowa. Uchwyt ma ksztalt szescios- cianu, którego sciany boczne maja ksztalt w przyblizeniu tra- pezu o podstawach lukowatych, a sciana górna i dolna ma ksztalt prostokata z wypuklymi bokami i zaokraglonymi naroza- mi. W polu sciany górnej i dolnej uchwytu wyodrebniony jest prostokatny pas przebiegajacy posrodku sciany i pas na scia- nie górnej podzielony jest na trzy obszary : obszar usytuowa- ny od strony glowicy, zawierajacy wystep w postaci grzebienia oraz opis cyfrowy, obszar usytuowany od strony zakonczenia uchwytu, zawierajacy trójkatne pole, przycisk kolisty, okien- ko wyswietlacza oraz opis slowny i cyfrowy oraz obszar srod- kowy, w którym znajduje sie owalny, wklesly przycisk i opisy cyfrowe i literowe. W polu pasa na scianie dolnej uchwytu znajduje sie wiele kolistych wypuklosci ulozonych w liniach skosnych. Ponadto w polach sciany górnej i sciany dolnej uchwytu, polozonych po obu stronach srodkowego pasa usytuowa- ne sa liczne koliste wypuklosci ulozone w liniach skos- nych. Od strony zakonczenia uchwytu znajduje sie wkladka o zarysie owalnym, z prostokatnym otworem usytuowanym posrod- ku owalu. The essence of the design is a new form of the razor, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the razor in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the razor from above, fig. 3 - the razor from below, fig. 4 - the razor from a side view, fig. 5 - the razor from the other side, fig. 6 - the razor from the head side, and fig. 7 - the razor from the end of the handle. A razor designed according to the pattern, comprising a head and a handle, is characterized by the head having the shape of a truncated prism with rounded corners and edges, with a wavy line on the side wall of the head, and a band of concavities with the outlines of oblique lines on the top and bottom walls of the head. On the front side, the head has a recess overlapping its top and bottom walls, in which recess is located a shaving assembly comprising two convex mesh surfaces and an openwork surface between them. The handle is shaped like a cube, with side walls roughly trapezoidal with arcuate bases, and the top and bottom walls are rectangular with convex sides and rounded corners. The upper and lower walls of the handle feature a rectangular band running down the center of the wall, and the band on the upper wall is divided into three areas: an area located on the head side, containing a comb-like projection and a digital description; an area located on the end of the handle, containing a triangular field, a circular button, a display window, and a verbal and numerical description; and a central area containing an oval, concave button and numerical and letter descriptions. The band on the lower wall of the handle features numerous circular protrusions arranged in diagonal lines. Furthermore, the upper and lower walls of the handle, located on both sides of the central band, feature numerous circular protrusions arranged in diagonal lines. At the end of the handle there is an oval-shaped insert with a rectangular hole in the center of the oval.
