Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac lampy opalajacej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Lampa opalajaca ze wzgledu na swój ksztalt przeznaczona jest do opalania twarzy. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia lampe opala- jaca w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- lampe opalajaca w wi- doku z przodu, fig.3- lampe opalajaca w widoku z tylu, fig.4- lampe opalajaca w widoku z boku, fig.5- lampe opalajaca w wi- doku z drugiego boku, fig.6- lampe opalajaca w widoku z góry, a fig.7- lampe opalajaca w widoku z dolu. Lampa opalajaca wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca czescprzednia i tylna, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc przednia ma ksztalt bryly, której trzy sciany boczne sa wypukle, a sciana przednia ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego z zaokrag- lonymi narozami z lukowatymi ramionami i wieksza podstawa, przy czym we wnetrzu bryly znajduje sie otwór majacy zarys trapezu równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami i lukowatymi ramionami, a w polu otworu usytuowane sa pionowe rurki, po- miedzy którymi i wokól których, na scianie otworu, przebiega wywiniecie, tworzace w widoku z góry zarysy liter "M" i "U". Czesc tylna lampy ma ksztalt czesci kuli, majacej dwa sciecia po stronach bocznych, przy czym na jednym ze sciec polozone jest koliste pokretlo, a od strony tylnej w polu tej czesci znajduje sie wiele owalnych obszarów ulozonych szeregowo obok siebie. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the tanning lamp in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the tanning lamp in a front view, fig. 3 - the tanning lamp in a back view, fig. 4 - the tanning lamp in a side view, fig. 5 - the tanning lamp in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the tanning lamp in a top view, and fig. 7 - the tanning lamp in a bottom view. A tanning lamp according to the model, comprising a front and a rear part, is characterized in that the front part has the shape of a solid whose three side walls are convex, and the front wall has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, arc-shaped arms and a larger base, while inside the solid there is an opening having the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and arc-shaped arms, and in the area of the opening there are vertical tubes, between which and around which, on the wall of the opening, there runs a flare, forming the outlines of the letters "M" and "U" in a top view. The rear part of the lamp is shaped like a sphere with two cutouts on the sides, one of which has a circular knob, and on the rear side of this part there are many oval areas arranged in series next to each other.
