Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa tylna samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu lampy tylnej samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia lampe tylna samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- lampe w widoku z przodu, fig.3- lampe w widoku z tylu, fig.4- lampe w widoku z lewej strony, fig.5- lampe w widoku z prawej strony, fig.6- lampe w widoku z góry, a fig.7- lampe w widoku z dolu. Lampa tylna samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i szklo, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: zarys szkla lampy ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt czworoboku, w którym dwa boki sa lukowate, a w korpusie powtarzajacym zarys szkla znajduje sie pólka z dwoma otworami polozona przy prawej krawedzi korpusu, przy czym dluzsza krawedz zewnetrzna pólki ma zarys lukowaty. W polu szkla widoczne sa cztery segmenty, z którym dwa srodkowe maja zarysy figur bedacych polaczeniem trapezu i kola, a górny i dolny maja zarysy czworoboków, a ponadto segmentysrodkowe sa jasne zas segmenty skrajne ciemne. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the features of the car's rear lamp shape. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows the rear lamp of the car in a perspective view, fig. 2 - lamps in the front view, fig. 3 - lamps in the rear view, fig. 4 - lamps in the view from the rear. on the left side, fig. 5 - the lamp in a view from the right, fig. 6 - the lamp in a top view, and fig. 7 - the lamp in a bottom view. The car's rear lamp according to the industrial design, including the body and glass, has the following essential features: the lamp glass outline in the front view has the shape of a quadrilateral in which two sides are arched, and in the body repeating the outline of the glass there is a shelf with two holes located at the right edge of the body, the long outer edge of the shelf having an arched outline. Four segments are visible in the glass field, with the two middle ones having the outlines of figures that are a combination of a trapezoid and a circle, and the upper and lower ones have the outlines of quadrilaterals, and in addition, the middle segments are light and the outermost ones are dark. In the area of the tail lamp wall, numerous circular outlines are visible on several projections of the rear wall of the body, as shown in the accompanying illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
