Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z tylu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z boku, a fig.4- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z dolu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac zasklepionego od tylu pierscienia stylizowanego na postac klódki, przy czym posrodku sciany tylnej odswiezacza znajduje sie otwór w ksztalcie otworu pod klucz. W polu sciany bocznej pierscienia widoczne sa trzy równolegle otwory o zarysach lukowatych, polozone na stronach bocznych pierscienia oraz kolisty otwór polozony na stronie dolnej. W górnej czesci pierscienia znajduje sie wystep o zarysie lukowatym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.4.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the air freshener's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the air freshener in a rear view, Fig. 3 shows the air freshener in a side view, and Fig. 4 shows the air freshener in a bottom view. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a ring, stylized as a padlock, sealed at the back, with a keyhole-shaped opening in the center of the rear wall of the freshener. The side wall of the ring contains three parallel, arcuate openings located on the lateral sides of the ring, and a circular opening on the bottom.
