Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z boku, fig.4- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z góry, a fig.5- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z dolu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac dwóch pólkul oddzielonych linia podzialowa, przy czym dolna, przezroczysta pólkula ma sciecie stanowiace plaska podstawe odswiezacza, a na obwodzie, przy krawedzi górnej tej pólkuli usytuowane sa szczeliny oraz pólowalny wystep. Pólkula górna jest azurowa, a azur utworzony jest przez wyciecie o zarysie spirali przebiegajacej z wypuklosci pólkuli w kierunku jej krawedzi. We wnetrzu odswiezacza widoczna jest wkladka azurowa z wieloma otworami o zarysach prostokatów z lukowatymi bokami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the air freshener's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the air freshener in a front view, Fig. 3 - the air freshener in a side view, Fig. 4 - the air freshener in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the air freshener in a bottom view. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of two hemispheres separated by a dividing line, with the lower, transparent hemisphere having a bevel constituting a flat base for the freshener, and on the circumference, at the upper edge of this hemisphere, there are slits and a semi-oval protrusion. The upper hemisphere is openwork, and the openwork is created by a spiral-shaped cutout running from the hemisphere's convexity towards its edge. Inside the air freshener, you can see an openwork insert with many rectangular holes with arched sides, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
