Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.6- odswiezacz w widoku z góry. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki, która w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys stylizowany na zarys jablka, przy czym powierzchnia tylna plytki jest plaska, zas w polu powierzchni przedniej plytki znajduje sie centralna wypuklosc o zarysie kolistym, wewnatrz, której widoczne sa dwa symetryczne elementy o zarysach owalnych. Ponadto w polu powierzchni przedniej plytki widoczne sa dwie pary symetrycznych elementów, z których jedna para polozona jest w czesci górnej zarysujablka, a druga para usytuowana jest w czesci dolnej zarysu jablka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the features of the air freshener's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the freshener in a front view, Fig. 3 - the freshener in a back view, Fig. 4 - the freshener in a side view, Fig. 5 - the freshener in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the freshener in a top view. The air freshener according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate, which, in front and back views, has an outline stylized as an apple, with the plate's rear surface being flat, and the front surface area of the plate has a central circular protrusion, inside which are visible two symmetrical oval elements. Moreover, in the front surface area of the plate there are two pairs of symmetrical elements visible, one pair of which is located in the upper part of the apple outline and the other pair is located in the lower part of the apple outline, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig.1 to fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 PL PL PL PL
