Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.6- odswiezacz w widoku z góry. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki, która w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys stylizowany na zarys cytryny, przy czym powierzchnia tylna plytki jest plaska, zas w polu powierzchni przedniej plytki znajduje sie centralna wypuklosc o zarysie pierscienia oraz dwie nizsze wypuklosci ulozone symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej plaszczyzny dwudzielnej zarysu cytryny. W kazdej z dwóch wspomnianych symetrycznych wypuklosciwidoczne sa cztery elementy o zarysach owalnych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.1 do fig.6.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the freshener in a front view, Fig. 3 - the freshener in a back view, Fig. 4 - the freshener in a side view, Fig. 5 - the freshener in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the freshener in a top view. The industrial design air freshener has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate, which, in front and back views, has an outline stylized to resemble the outline of a lemon. The rear surface of the plate is flat, while the front surface of the plate has a central ring-shaped protrusion and two lower protrusions arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal plane of the bipartite lemon outline. Each of the two aforementioned symmetrical protrusions contains four visible elements with oval outlines, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
