Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z lewego boku, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, obejmujacej segment dolny i górny, przy czym segment dolny ma ksztalt bryly, w której sciana dolna jest plaska, sciany przednia i tylna sa wypukle, a sciany boczne sa plaskie. Przy kazdej plaskiej scianie bocznej znajduje sie wystep o zarysie pólkola. Krawedz górna segmentu dolnego ma, od strony przedniej, ozdobny zarys falisty. Segment górny bryly odswiezacza zlozony jest z dwóch symetrycznych czesci, przedniej i tylnej, oddzielonych linia podzialowa. Sciany tego segmentu sa wypukle, przy czym na wypuklej scianie przedniej i tylnej znajduja sie ozdobne wybrania, centralne o zarysie owalnym i po dwa boczne, które majazarysy czesci kola, zas wypukla prawa sciana boczna przechodzi lukowato w wypukla sciane górna, która konczy sie wypietrzonym ozdobnym wystepem. Wypukla lewa sciana boczna górnego segmentu konczy sie ponizej ozdobnego wystepu sciany górnej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in perspective views from the side, top, and front, Fig. 2 shows the air freshener in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the air freshener in a left-side view, Fig. 4 shows the air freshener in a top view, and Fig. 5 shows the air freshener in a bottom view. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has a solid shape comprising a lower and upper segment, wherein the lower segment is solid in shape with a flat bottom wall, convex front and rear walls, and flat side walls. Each flat side wall has a semicircular protrusion. The upper edge of the lower segment has a decorative wavy outline on the front side. The upper segment of the air freshener body is composed of two symmetrical parts, front and rear, separated by a dividing line. The walls of this segment are convex, with the convex front and rear walls featuring decorative recesses: a central oval shape and two side recesses each with the outline of a circular part. The convex right side wall arcs into the convex upper wall, which ends with a raised decorative protrusion.
