Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.5-odswiezacz w widoku z przodu, a fig.6- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki stylizowanej na ksztalt liscia miety, przy czym w polu plytki znajduje sie wklesniecie stanowiace dno odswiezacza, z którego wypietrza sie szesc podluznych wystepów. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the air freshener's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the freshener from above, Fig. 3 - the freshener from below, Fig. 4 - the freshener from the side, Fig. 5 - the freshener from the front, and Fig. 6 - the freshener from the back. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate stylized to resemble a mint leaf, with a concavity in the plate area constituting the base of the freshener, from which six elongated protrusions emerge.
