Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia zderzak pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z boku, fig.5- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zderzak pojazdu w widoku z dolu. Zderzak pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majacy postac profilowanej trzysegmentowej scianki, obejmujacy segment srodkowy oraz dwa segmenty narozne, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: powierzchnia czolowa wszystkich segmentów tworzy gladki pas, od którego odchodza odgiecia, górne i dolne, przy czym powierzchnia odgiecia górnego jest stopniowana, nizsza na dlugosci calego segmentu srodkowego i na czesci kazdego segmentu bocznego oraz wywyzszona w skrajnych czesciach segmentów naroznych, w których to czesciach znajduja sie dwa wyciecia, kazde w ksztalcie litery „V". Przy bocznych krawedziach segmentów naroznych widoczne sa koliste otwory ulozone parami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle bumper in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the vehicle bumper in a front view, Fig. 3 - the vehicle bumper in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the vehicle bumper in a side view, Fig. 5 - the vehicle bumper in a side view, Fig. 6 - the vehicle bumper in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the vehicle bumper in a bottom view. An industrial-design vehicle bumper in the form of a profiled three-segment wall, comprising a central segment and two corner segments, has the following essential features: the front surface of all segments forms a smooth strip from which the upper and lower bends extend, the upper bend surface being stepped, lower along the entire length of the central segment and on part of each side segment, and raised in the extreme parts of the corner segments, in which two cutouts are located, each in the shape of the letter "V".
