Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrywa zderzaka pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pokrywy zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pokrywe zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pokrywe w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pokrywe w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pokrywe w widoku z góry, fig.5- pokrywe w widoku z dolu, fig.6- pokrywe w widoku z boku, a fig.7- pokrywe w widoku z drugiego boku. Pokrywa zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilu, którego krawedz górna i krawedz dolna, ma odpowiednio, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys litery „U", przy czym przy krawedzi dolnej przebiega sciana dolna, w polu, której usytuowane jest wyciecie majace w przyblizeniu zarys litery „U", przy czym w narozach sciany dolnej znajduja sie dwie pary prostokatnych otworów. W polu sciany przedniej pokrywy widoczne jest centralne wklesniecie o zarysie trapezu równoramiennego z dwoma trapezowymi otworami, dwa wzdluzne rowki biegnace od wklesniecia kukrawedziom bocznym pokrywy oraz dwie pary symetrycznych kolistych otworów usytuowanych przy krawedzi górnej pokrywy. Krawedz górna pokrywy jest lukowato obnizona w czesci srodkowej, a na bocznych, prostoliniowych czesciach tej krawedzi znajduja sie dwa wybrania o zarysach litery „V", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle bumper cover. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the vehicle bumper cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle bumper cover in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cover in a front view, Fig. 3 - the cover in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the cover in a top view, Fig. 5 - the cover in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the cover in a side view, and Fig. 7 - the cover in a side view. A vehicle bumper cover according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of a profile whose upper and lower edges, when viewed from above and below, have, respectively, the outline of the letter "U", whereby at the lower edge there runs a lower wall, in the area of which there is a cutout having the approximate outline of the letter "U", wherein in the corners of the lower wall there are two pairs of rectangular holes. In the area of the wall of the front cover there is a visible central concavity in the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with two trapezoidal holes, two longitudinal grooves running from the concavity to the side edges of the cover, and two pairs of symmetrical circular holes located at the edge of the upper cover. The upper edge of the cover is lowered in the central part in an arc-shaped manner, and on the lateral, rectilinear parts of this edge there are two recesses in the shape of the letter "V", as shown in the attached drawing, from fig. 1 to fig. 7.
