Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.5- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.6- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku. Segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys piecioboku, w którym dwa boki sa lukowate, a jeden z boków ma ksztalt linii lamanej obejmujacej posrodku zarys litery „V". W widoku z góry i z dolu segment ma zarys lukowaty. W polu wypuklej sciany przedniej segmentu znajduja sie dwa koliste otworyusytuowane tuz pod krawedzia zawierajaca wybranie o zarysie litery „V".
