Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie segmentu naroznego zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.5- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.6- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku. Segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys piecioboku, w którym dwa boki sa lukowate, a jeden z boków ma ksztalt linii lamanej obejmujacej posrodku zarys litery „V". W widoku z góry i z dolu segment ma zarys lukowaty. W polu wypuklej sciany przedniej segmentu znajduja sie dwa koliste otworyusytuowane tuz pod krawedzia zawierajaca wybranie o zarysie litery „V". Przy lukowatej krawedzi górnej segmentu usytuowany jest wystep z kolistym otworem, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle bumper corner segment. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the vehicle bumper corner segment. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle bumper corner segment in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a front view, Fig. 3 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a top view, Fig. 6 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a side view, and Fig. 7 - the vehicle bumper corner segment in a second side view. The corner segment of a vehicle bumper according to the industrial design has the following essential features: in the front and rear views it has the outline of a pentagon, in which two sides are arc-shaped, and one of the sides is in the shape of a broken line encompassing the outline of the letter "V" in the middle. In the top and bottom views the segment has an arc-shaped outline. In the area of the convex front wall of the segment there are two circular openings located just below the edge containing the recess in the outline of the letter "V". At the arc-shaped upper edge of the segment there is a protrusion with a circular opening, as shown in the attached drawing, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
