Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie segmentu naroznego zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z boku, fig.5- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z góry, a fig.7- segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu w widoku z dolu. Segment narozny zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac lukowato profilowanej scianki, której czolowy pas jest gladki, a od tego pasa odchodza dwa wygiecia. Wygiecie górne jest stopniowane, nizsze przy lewej bocznej krawedzi i wyzsze przy prawej krawedzi majace wyciecie o ksztalcie litery „V". Wygiecie dolne ma powierzchniegladka i krawedz ciagla bez wyciec. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the corner segment of the vehicle bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a front view, Fig. 3 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a side view, Fig. 5 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a side view, Fig. 6 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the corner segment of the vehicle bumper in a bottom view. The corner segment of the vehicle bumper according to the industrial design has the following significant features: it is in the form of an arc-shaped profiled wall, the front band of which is smooth, with two bends extending from this band. The upper bend is stepped, lower at the left side edge and higher at the right edge with a V-shaped cutout. The lower bend has a smooth surface and a continuous edge without cutouts. At the side edges of the segment there are two pairs of circular holes, as shown in the attached drawings, from fig. 1 to fig. 7.
