Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blotnik przedni samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu blotnika przedniego samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia blotnik przedni samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- blotnik w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z tylu i z góry, fig.3- blotnik w widoku z przodu, a fig.4- blotnik w widoku z góry. Blotnik przedni samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac gietego profilu, w którym sciana górna ma zarys w przyblizeniu czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, przy czym od strony tylnej sciana górna ma lukowato wyprofilowane wywyzszenie. Przy scianie bocznej, która w widoku z boku ma zarys szescioboku, w którym trzy boki sa lukowate, znajduje sie odgiecie z piecioma malymi otworami usytuowane przy jednym z prostoliniowych boków oraz cztery mniejsze odgiecia polozone przy jednym z lukowatych boków, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.6.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a front fender of a car. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the front fender. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the front fender of a car in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the fender in perspective views from the side, rear, and top; Fig. 3 shows the fender in front; and Fig. 4 shows the fender in top view. The front fender of a car, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: it has the form of a curved profile, in which the upper wall has an approximate quadrangle outline, three of whose sides are arched, with the upper wall having an arched profiled elevation at the rear.
