Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czesc dolna deflektora powietrza pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu czesci dolnej deflektora powietrza pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia czesc dolna deflektora powietrza pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.3- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.4- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.5- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.6- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku. Czesc dolna deflektora pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilu, który w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys piecioboku, w którym prawy bok jest lukowaty, a naroza polozone przy tym boku sazaokraglone, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej profilu znajduje sie wklesniecie powtarzajace zarys piecioboku. Przy krawedzi górnej profilu usytuowany jest wystep stanowiacy odgiecie skierowane ku przodowi, którego krawedz jest zabkowana, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.Fig 1Fig 2Fig 3Fig 4Fig 5Fig 6Fig 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the lower part of a vehicle air deflector. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the lower part of the vehicle air deflector. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the lower part of the vehicle air deflector in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from above, Fig. 3 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from below, Fig. 4 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from the front, Fig. 5 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from the rear, Fig. 6 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from the side, and Fig. 7 shows the lower part of the vehicle deflector from the other side. The lower part of the vehicle deflector according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it is in the form of a profile which, in front and rear views, has the outline of a pentagon, in which the right side is arcuate and the corners located at this side are rounded, and in the area of the front wall of the profile there is a concavity repeating the outline of the pentagon. At the upper edge of the profile, there is a protrusion constituting a bend directed towards the front, the edge of which is serrated, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
