Opakowanie na papierosy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace czesc zewnetrzna, czesc wewnetrzna oraz wkladke napapierosy, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc zewnetrzna ma ksztalt piecioscianu, w którym sciany górna i tylna maja zarysy prostokatów, zas sciany dolna i boczne maja zarysy figur zlozonych z dwóch prostokatów, przy czym krawedz przednia sciany górnej czesci zewnetrznej jest przesunieta ku przodowi w stosunku do krawedzi przedniej sciany dolnej. We wnetrzu czesci zewnetrznej opakowania usytuowana jest czesc wewnetrzna w postaci pieciosciennej szufladki, w której znajduje sie wkladka na papierosy dopasowana ksztaltem do ksztaltu szufladki. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the cigarette pack. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cigarette pack in perspective views from the front, side, and top, in an open state; Fig. 2 shows the cigarette pack in perspective views from the front, side, and top, in a closed state; Fig. 3 shows the pack in Fig. 2 in top view; Fig. 4 shows the pack in Fig. 1 in top view; Fig. 5 shows the pack in Fig. 2 in back view; Fig. 6 shows the pack in Fig. 1 in back view; Fig. 7 shows the pack in Fig. 2 in bottom view; Fig. 8 shows the pack in Fig. 1 in bottom view; Fig. 9 shows the pack in Fig. 1 in side view; and Fig. 10 shows the pack in Fig. 1 in other side view. An industrial-design cigarette pack, comprising an outer part, an inner part, and a cigarette insert, has the following essential features: the outer part is in the shape of a pentahedron, with the top and rear walls having rectangular outlines, and the bottom and side walls having the outlines of figures composed of two rectangles, with the front edge of the upper outer wall being offset forward relative to the front edge of the lower wall. Within the outer part of the pack is an inner part in the form of a five-sided drawer, containing a cigarette insert shaped to match the drawer's shape.
