Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uszczelka blotnika pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uszczelki blotnika pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia uszczelke blotnika pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- uszczelke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- uszczelke w widoku z góry, fig.4- uszczelke w widoku z dolu, fig.5- uszczelke w widoku z boku, fig.6- uszczelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- uszczelke w widoku z przodu. Uszczelka blotnika pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilu, który w widoku z przodu ma w przyblizeniu zarys prostokatny z zaokraglonymi dwoma narozami i którego sciana przednia przebiega pionowo w czesci górnej i srodkowej oraz lukowato zakrzywia sie ku krawedzi dolnej. Sciany boczne profilu zakrzywiaja sie równiez lukowato w czesci dolnej. Przy krawedzi przedniej widoczne sa dwa wystepy. Od strony tylnej profilu widoczny jest duzywystep skierowany ku tylowi, majacy w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys trójkata, przy czym w narozu tego wystepu znajduje sie wklesniecie z kolistym otworem, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig 6Fig. 7 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle fender seal. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the vehicle fender seal. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle fender seal in perspective views from the front, side, and top; Fig. 2 shows the seal from the rear; Fig. 3 shows the seal from above; Fig. 4 shows the seal from below; Fig. 5 shows the seal from the side; Fig. 6 shows the seal from the other side; and Fig. 7 shows the seal from the front. The vehicle fender seal, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a profile that, in a front view, has a roughly rectangular outline with two rounded corners, and whose front wall runs vertically in the upper and middle sections and curves in an arc towards the lower edge. The side walls of the profile also curve in an arc towards the lower section. Two projections are visible at the front edge. On the rear side of the profile, a large projection directed towards the rear is visible, having a triangular outline in both top and bottom views, with a concavity with a circular opening in the corner of this projection, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
