Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak tylny samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltu zderzaka tylnego samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zderzak tylny samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zderzak w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zderzak w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zderzak w widoku z boku, fig.5- zderzak w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zderzak w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zderzak w widoku z dolu. Zderzak tylny samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilu, którego sciana przednia podzielona jest pozioma linia zagiecia na czesc górna i dolna, przy czym pozioma linia zagiecia zachodzi lukowato na sciany boczne zderzaka dochodzac do jego górnej krawedzi. Sciany boczne tworza ze sciana przednia kat rozwarty. Krawedz boczna kazdej sciany bocznej ma zarys lukowaty, a w polu czesci górnej sciany bocznej znajduje sie owalny otwór. W czesci górnej scianyprzedniej zderzaka widoczne jest wglebienie, którego krawedz ma, w widoku z przodu, zarys litery „U", zas w czesci dolnej tej sciany widoczna jest pozioma linia zagiecia, która przebiega na sciany boczne oraz cztery prostokatne otwory. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the lines, contours, and shape of the rear bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the rear bumper of a car in perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bumper in front view, Fig. 3 - the bumper in rear view, Fig. 4 - the bumper in side view, Fig. 5 - the bumper in the opposite side view, Fig. 6 - the bumper in top view, and Fig. 7 - the bumper in bottom view. The rear bumper of a car according to the industrial design has the following significant features: it has the form of a profile, the front wall of which is divided by a horizontal fold line into upper and lower sections, with the horizontal fold line arcing over the side walls of the bumper, reaching its upper edge. The side walls form an obtuse angle with the front wall. The side edge of each side wall has an arcuate outline, and in the area of the upper part of the side wall there is an oval opening. In the upper part of the front wall of the bumper there is a recess visible, the edge of which has, in a front view, the outline of the letter "U", while in the lower part of this wall there is a horizontal fold line which runs onto the side walls and four rectangular openings.
