Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak przedni samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zderzaka przedniego samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zderzak przedni samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- zderzak w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zderzak w widoku z boku, fig.4- zderzak w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- zderzak w widoku z góry, a fig.6- zderzak w widoku z dolu. Zderzak przedni samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry i z dolu ma w przyblizeniu zarys litery „U", przy czym krawedz górna zderzaka w czesci przedniej ma srodkowe poziome obnizenie, zas po obu stronach obnizenia znajduja sie dwie odgiete pólki przykrawedziowe dochodzace do lukowato zagietych scian bocznych zderzaka. W widoku z boku, widoczna jest lukowato przebiegajaca krawedz tylna kazdej zagietej sciany bocznej zderzaka. W polu sciany przedniej zderzaka widoczna jest centralna wypuklosc o zarysie prostokata, dwa boczne wklesniecia, kazde majace zarys czworoboku, oraz pod prostokatna wypukloscia uzebrowany otwór, przy czym uzebrowanie jest utworzone przez poziomepólki oraz pionowe poprzeczki. Poziome pólki przechodza w ozdobne wypuklosci boczne dochodzace prawie do zagietych scian bocznych zderzaka. The front bumper of the car, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in the top and bottom view it has the outline of the letter "U", while the upper edge of the bumper in the front part has a horizontal central lowering, and on both sides of the lowering there are two bent shelves at the edge of the bumper extending to the curved side walls of the bumper In the side view, the arched trailing edge of each curved side wall is visible. rectangular convex ribbed opening, where the ribs are formed by horizontal shelves and vertical crossbars.
