Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak przedni samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zderzaka przedniego samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zderzak przedni samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- zderzak w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zderzak w widoku z boku, fig.4- zderzak w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- zderzak w widoku z góry, a fig.6- zderzak w widoku z dolu. Zderzak przedni samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry i z dolu ma w przyblizeniu zarys litery „U", przy czym krawedz górna zderzaka w czesci przedniej ma srodkowe poziome obnizenie, zas po obu stronach obnizenia znajduja sie dwie odgiete pólki przykrawedziowe dochodzace do lukowato zagietych scian bocznych zderzaka. W widoku z boku, widoczna jest lukowato przebiegajaca krawedz tylna kazdej zagietej sciany bocznej zderzaka. W polu sciany przedniej zderzaka widoczna jest centralna wypuklosc o zarysie prostokata, dwa boczne wklesniecia, kazde majace zarys czworoboku, oraz pod prostokatna wypukloscia uzebrowany otwór, przy czym uzebrowanie jest utworzone przez poziomepólki oraz pionowe poprzeczki. Poziome pólki przechodza w ozdobne wypuklosci boczne dochodzace prawie do zagietych scian bocznych zderzaka. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the car's front bumper. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the car's front bumper in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 - the bumper in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bumper in a side view, Fig. 4 - the bumper in a view from the other side, Fig. 5 - the bumper in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the bumper in a bottom view. The car's front bumper, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: when viewed from above and below, it has a roughly "U"-shaped outline, with the upper edge of the bumper in the front section having a central horizontal depression, and on either side of the depression there are two bent-out edge shelves extending to the curved side walls of the bumper. In the side view, the arcuate trailing edge of each curved bumper side wall is visible. The front bumper area features a central rectangular bulge, two quadrilateral lateral concavities, each with a quadrilateral outline, and a ribbed opening beneath the rectangular bulge. The ribs are formed by horizontal ridges and vertical crossbars. The horizontal ridges merge into decorative lateral ridges extending almost to the curved bumper side walls. The ridges and decorative ridges are outlined in an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
