Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona zderzaka pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oslony zderzaka pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig.l przedstawia oslone zderzaka pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.4- oslone w widoku z boku, fig.5- oslone w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- oslone w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z dolu. Oslona zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilowanej plyty, która w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys lukowaty, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej plyty widoczne jest wglebienie majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego, a przy krawedzi dolnej plyty znajduje sie odsadzenie z malymi kolistymi otworami, którego krawedz dolna ma kilka wyciec o zarysach prostokatnych. Na wywinietej krawedzi górnej oslony widoczne sa wybrania o zarysie prostokatnym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle bumper guard. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the vehicle bumper guard. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle bumper guard in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the guard in a front view, Fig. 3 - the guard in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the guard in a side view, Fig. 5 - the guard in a second side view, Fig. 6 - the guard in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the guard in a bottom view. The vehicle bumper guard, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a profiled plate, which has an arcuate outline when viewed from above and below, wherein the front wall of the plate has a visible recess having, when viewed from the front, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, and at the bottom edge of the plate there is an offset with small circular holes, the lower edge of which has several rectangular cutouts.
