Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona wlotu powietrza pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie oslony wlotu powietrza pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia oslone wlotu powietrza pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku od tylu, fig.4- oslone w widoku z boku, fig.5- oslone w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- oslone w widoku z góry, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z dolu. Oslona wlotu powietrza pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilowanej scianki, która w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys lukowaty, a w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, narozami oraz z lukowata krótsza podstawa. W polu scianki widoczne sa dwa symetryczne, poprzeczne, równolegle do krawedzi górnej, wybrania. Na krawedziach kazdego wybrania znajduja sie malenkie wystepy, kazdy majacy zarys trapezu równoramiennego. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the air inlet cover. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the cover of the air intake of the vehicle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the cover in the front view, fig. 3 - the cover in the rear view, fig. 4 - the cover in the view from the side, fig. 5 - the cover in a second side view, fig. 6 - the cover in top view, and fig. 7 - the cover in the bottom view. The industrial design of the vehicle air intake grille has the following essential features: it has the form of a profiled wall which has an arched profile in the top and bottom view, and an isosceles trapezoid with arched arms, corners and a shorter curved shape in the front and rear view basis. In the area of the walls, two symmetrical, transverse, parallel to the upper edge, recesses are visible. At the edges of each recess there are tiny protrusions, each with the outline of an isosceles trapezoid.
