Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie owiewki górnej pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia owiewke górna pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- owiewke górna w widoku od strony wierzchniej, fig.3- owiewke górna od strony spodniej, fig.4- owiewke w widoku z góry i od strony wierzchniej, fig.5- owiewke w widoku z góry i od strony spodniej, fig.6- owiewke w widoku z tylu i od strony wierzchniej, a fig. 7- owiewke w widoku z tylu i od strony spodniej. Owiewka górna pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt profilu,który od strony wierzchniej i spodniej ma zarys piecioboku, w którym cztery boki sa lukowate, przy czym powierzchnia wierzchnia ma, od strony tylnej krawedzi, odsadzenie w czesci dolnej, zas na krawedzi przedniej znajduje sie wyciecie usytuowane blizej krawedzi górnej. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the vehicle upper fairing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the vehicle upper fairing in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the upper fairing in a view from the top side, fig. 3 - the upper fairing from the underside, fig. 4 - the fairing in views from above and from the top side, fig. 5 - the fairing in views from above and from the underside, fig. 6 - the fairing in views from the back and from the top side, and fig. 7 - the fairing in views from the back and from the underside. The vehicle's upper fairing, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it has a profile shape that, on the top and bottom sides, has a pentagonal outline, with four arc-shaped sides. The upper surface has a lower offset at the rear edge, while the front edge has a cutout closer to the upper edge.
