Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie opaski na kolano. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opaske na kolano w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opaske w widoku z przodu, fig.3- opaske w widoku z tylu, fig.4- opaske w widoku z boku, fig.5- opaske w widoku z góry, a fig.6- opaske w widoku z dolu. Opaska na kolano wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plakietki obejmujacej zestawione wzdluz osi dwie podobne czesci, z których kazdama, w widoku z przodu i z dolu, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem w czesci górnej, trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata podstawa górna i lukowatymi ramionami, oraz owalu, w czesci dolnej, którego krawedz jest pofalowana od jednej strony. Posrodku pola opaski widoczny jest otwór majacy w przyblizeniu zarys rombu o falistych bokach, a w owalnych czesciach widoczne sa dwie grupy owalnych wypuklosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PLAndrew Raymond CIPRA The design registration is valid from: May 5, 2003 Priority: November 6, 2002 (United States of America) The subject of the industrial design is a knee brace. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the knee brace. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the knee brace in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the brace in a front view, fig. 3 - the brace in a back view, fig. 4 - the brace in a side view, fig. 5 - the brace in a top view, and fig. 6 - the brace in a bottom view. The knee bandage, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it is a plaque comprising two similar parts juxtaposed along an axis, each of which, when viewed from the front and bottom, has the outline of a figure combining an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate upper base and arcuate arms in its upper part and an oval in its lower part, the edge of which is wavy on one side. In the center of the bandage field, there is an opening roughly in the shape of a rhombus with wavy sides, and in the oval parts, there are two groups of oval protrusions, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
