Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie opaski na kolano. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of a knee band.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opaske na kolano w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opaske w widoku z przodu, fig.3- opaske w widoku z tylu, fig.4- opaske w widoku z boku, fig.5- opaske w widoku z góry, a fig.6- opaske w widoku z dolu. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the knee band in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the band in the front view, fig. 3 - the band in the rear view, fig. side, fig.5- the band in top view, and fig. 6 - band in bottom view.

Opaska na kolano wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plakietki obejmujacej zestawione wzdluz osi dwie podobne czesci, z których kazdama, w widoku z przodu i z dolu, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem w czesci górnej, trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata podstawa górna i lukowatymi ramionami, oraz owalu, w czesci dolnej, którego krawedz jest pofalowana od jednej strony. Posrodku pola opaski widoczny jest otwór majacy w przyblizeniu zarys rombu o falistych bokach, a w owalnych czesciach widoczne sa dwie grupy owalnych wypuklosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6The industrial design knee band has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plaque with two similar parts arranged along the axis, each of which, in front and bottom view, the outline of a figure combining in the upper part, an isosceles trapezoid with an arched upper base and arched shoulders, and an oval at the bottom, the edge of which is wavy on one side. In the center of the band area there is a hole approximating the outline of a rhombus with wavy sides, and in the oval portions two groups of oval ridges are visible as shown in the attached drawing, Figures 1 to 6.
