Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie opaski na kolano. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of a knee band.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opaske na kolano w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opaske w widoku z tylu, fig.3- opaske w widoku z góry, fig.4- opaske w widoku z boku, a fig.5- opaske w widoku z przodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the knee band in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a band in a rear view, fig. 3 - a band in a top view, fig. 4 - a band in a view from side, and figure 5 is the headband in front view.

Opaska na kolano wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plakietki obejmujacej zestawione wzdluz osi dwie podobne czesci, z których kazda ma, w widoku z góry, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem wczesci górnej, trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata podstawa górna, oraz owalu, w czesci dolnej, którego krawedz jest pofalowana od jednej strony. Posrodku pola opaski widoczny jest otwór majacy w przyblizeniu zarys rombu o falistych bokach, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5The knee bandage according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the form of a plate covering two similar parts arranged along the axis, each of which has, in the top view, the outline of a figure combining the upper early position, an isosceles trapezoid with an arched upper base, and an oval, at the bottom, the edge of which is wavy on one side.
