Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie opaski na kolano. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opaske na kolano w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opaske w widoku z tylu, fig.3- opaske w widoku z góry, fig.4- opaske w widoku z boku, a fig.5- opaske w widoku z przodu. Opaska na kolano wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plakietki obejmujacej zestawione wzdluz osi dwie podobne czesci, z których kazda ma, w widoku z góry, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem wczesci górnej, trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata podstawa górna, oraz owalu, w czesci dolnej, którego krawedz jest pofalowana od jednej strony. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the knee brace. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the knee brace in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the brace in a back view, fig. 3 - the brace in a top view, fig. 4 - the brace in a side view, and fig. 5 - the brace in a front view. The industrial design knee brace has the following key features: it is a plaque-shaped design comprising two similar parts juxtaposed along an axis, each of which, when viewed from above, has the outline of a figure combining an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate upper base in the upper part and an oval in the lower part, the edge of which is wavy on one side.
