Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6-pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- po- jemnik w widoku z dolu.Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt stozka scietego o podstawie elipsy, na którego scianie bocznej przebiegaja dwie grupy ze- ber, kazda obejmujaca siedem zeber polozonych na stronie bocznej pojemnika. Przy krawedziach dolnej i górnej pojemnika znajduja sie kolnierze z których kazdy maj dwa odsadzenia o zarysach lukowatych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysun- ku, fig.l do 7. Dart Industries Inc. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, fig. 2 - the container in a front view, fig. 3 - the container in a back view, fig. 4 - the container in a side view, fig. 5 - the container in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the container in a top view, and fig. 7 - the container in a bottom view. The container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the shape of a truncated cone with an ellipse base, on the side wall of which two groups of ribs run, each comprising seven ribs located on the lateral side of the container.
