Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czesc górna i dolna, polaczone zawiasem na scianach tylnych, i tworzace lacznie ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciany boczne, sciana przednia i tylna sa wypukle, a w polu sciany górnej znajduje sie wyodrebniony nieco wywyzszony ob- szar majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys prostokata z lukowatymi bokami, przy czym czesc górna pojemnika zachodzi krawedzia dolna ponizej poziomej, górnej krawedzi czesci dolnej pojem- nika. Krawedz dolna czesci górnej pojemnika jest lukowato wy- profilowana posrodku sciany przedniej. Ponadto na scianach bocznych czesci dolnej biegna wybrzuszenia zachodzace na jej sciane przednia, a krawedzie górne wybrzuszen przebiegaja równolegle do poziomej, górnej krawedzi czesci dolnej pojem- nika i faliscie koncza sie na scianie przedniej, a przy kaz- dym falistym zakonczeniu krawedzi znajduje sie pólowalny za- rys. Posrodku sciany przedniej czesci dolnej pojemnika usytu- owany jest obszar o zarysie polowy prostokata z lukowatym dluzszym bokiem. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the front, fig. 2 - the container in a perspective view from above, from the side and from the back, fig. 3 - the container in a front view, fig. 4 - the container in a back view, fig. 5 - the container in a side view, fig. 6 - the container in a view from the other side, fig. 7 - the container in a top view, fig. 8 - the container in a bottom view, and fig. 9 - the container in a perspective view after opening. An industrial design container comprising a top and bottom section connected by a hinge on the rear walls, forming a cuboid shape with rounded corners and edges, has the following essential features: the side walls, front wall, and rear wall are convex, and the top wall area has a slightly raised area that, when viewed from above, has the outline of a rectangle with arcuate sides, with the top section of the container overlapping with its lower edge below the horizontal, upper edge of the bottom section of the container. The bottom edge of the top section of the container is arcuately profiled in the center of the front wall. Furthermore, the side walls of the lower part have bulges overlapping its front wall, and the upper edges of the bulges run parallel to the horizontal, upper edge of the lower part of the container and terminate in a wave-like manner on the front wall, and at each wave-like edge ending there is a semi-oval outline. In the middle of the front wall of the lower part of the container is an area with an outline of half a rectangle with an arcuate longer side.
