Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od strony jednego, wezszego boku, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od strony drugiego, wezszego boku, fig.3 - pojemnik w widoku od strony szerszego boku, fig.4 -pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu. Pojemnik ma korpus w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej i o scietych ukosnie scianach, przy krawedziach bocznych i dolnych. Krótszy bok tego prostopadloscianu stanowi podstawe pojemnika. Od góry, pojemnik ma splaszczone po stronie szerszych scian, kopulaste zakonczenie, sciete na wierzcholku pojemnika i zaglebione do srodka pojemnika. Po stronie jednego dluzszego, pionowego boku, pojemnik ma przelotowy otwór, który w widoku od strony szerszego boku pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, ustawiony krótszymi bokami do dolu i do góry.Pomiedzy wezsza sciana boczna i otworem jest przewezenie stanowiace uchwyt pojemnika. W widoku od strony szerszego boku, pojemnik ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach bocznych i narozach, zwezajacego sie ku górze i zakonczonego pozioma krawedzia. Nad otworem, na scianie szerszej pojemnika jest faliscie uksztaltowany poprzeczny uskok. Bok otworu, od strony uchwytu, jest przedluzony na powierzchnie sciany pojemnika i stanowi bok ukosnego wciecia. Szersze boki pojemnika sa nieco wybrzuszone. W widoku od przodu wezsza jedna sciana pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokatnego paska zagietego do góry i w kierunku podstawy. Druga wezsza sciana pojemnika ma taki sam ksztalt, a w poblizu uchwytu jest wklesnieta i wybrzuszona w kierunku podstawy. Cechami istotnymi, pojemnika jest to, ze korpus ma w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej i o scietych ukosnie scianach, przy krawedziach bocznych i dolnych, zas krótszy bok tego prostopadloscianu stanowi podstawe pojemnika, a od góry, pojemnik ma splaszczone po stronie szerszych scian, kopulaste zakonczenie, sciete na wierzcholku pojemnika i zaglebione do srodka pojemnika, przy czym po stronie jednego dluzszego, pionowego boku, pojemnik ma przelotowy otwór, który w widoku od strony szerszego boku pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, ustawiony krótszymi bokami do dolu i do góry, a pomiedzy wezsza sciana boczna i otworem jest przewezenie stanowiace uchwyt pojemnika, zas w widoku od strony szerszego boku, pojemnik ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonychkrawedziach bocznych i narozach, zwezajacego sie ku górze i zakonczonego pozioma krawedzia, przy czym nad otworem, na scianie szerszej pojemnika jest faliscie uksztaltowany poprzeczny uskok, zas bok otworu, od strony uchwytu, jest przedluzony na powierzchnie sciany pojemnika i stanowi bok ukosnego wciecia, a szersze boki pojemnika sa nieco wybrzuszone, natomiast w widoku od przodu wezsza jedna sciana pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokatnego paska zagietego do góry i w kierunku podstawy, przy czym druga wezsza sciana pojemnika ma taki sam ksztalt, a w poblizu uchwytu jest wklesnieta i wybrzuszona w kierunku podstawy, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunkach, fig. 1-4.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4fig. 1fig. 2fig. 3fig. 4 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the container, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The container design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from one, narrower side; Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view from the other, narrower side; Fig. 3 shows the container in a view from the wider side; and Fig. 4 shows the container in a perspective view from the bottom. The container has a cuboid body with a rectangular base and diagonally cut walls at the side and bottom edges. The shorter side of this cuboid forms the container's base. From the top, the container has a domed, flattened end on the wider walls, cut off at the top and sunk into the container's center. On one longer, vertical side, the container has a through opening, which, when viewed from the wider side of the container, has a rectangular shape with rounded corners, with the shorter sides facing up and down. Between the narrower side wall and the opening is a narrowing that forms the container's handle. When viewed from the wider side, the container has a rectangular shape with rounded side edges and corners, tapering upwards and terminating in a horizontal edge. Above the opening, on the wider wall of the container, is a wavy-shaped transverse step. The side of the opening, on the handle side, extends onto the container wall surface and forms the side of the diagonal indentation. The wider sides of the container are slightly bulging. Viewed from the front, one narrower wall of the container is shaped like a rectangular strip folded upwards towards the base. The other narrower wall of the container has the same shape, but near the handle, it is concave and bulges towards the base. The essential features of the container are that the body has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base and diagonally cut walls at the side and bottom edges, while the shorter side of this cuboid constitutes the base of the container, and from the top, the container has a domed ending flattened on the side of the wider walls, cut at the top of the container and sunk into the center of the container, wherein on the side of one longer, vertical side, the container has a through opening which, when viewed from the side of the wider side of the container, has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, positioned with the shorter sides down and up, and between the narrower side wall and the opening there is a narrowing constituting the handle of the container, while in the view from the side of the wider side, the container has the shape of a rectangle with rounded side edges and corners, tapering upwards and terminating in a horizontal edge, wherein above the opening, on the wider wall of the container, there is a wavy-shaped transverse step, and the side of the opening, on the handle side, is extended onto the surface of the container wall and constitutes the side of the oblique indentation, and the wider sides of the container are slightly bulged, while in the front view, one narrower wall of the container has the shape of a rectangular strip bent upwards and towards the base, while the other narrower wall of the container has the same shape and near the handle is concave and bulges towards the base, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1-4.
