Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do higieny osobistej, przeznaczona do przechowywania substancji plynnych i pólplynnych. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 -butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Butelka posiadajaca czesc tubowa i nasadke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt elipsy ucietej od dolu w czesci nasadkowej. Nasadka w widoku z przodu laczy sie lukowo z czescia tubowa oraz ma plaska klapke umieszczona na spodniej czesci, przy czym klapka ma lukowe wybranie laczace sie z wybraniem o parabolicznym obrysie wykonanym w nieruchomej czesci nasadki. W widoku z boku, w czesci przedniej, czesc tubowa oraz nasadka maja ksztalt lukowy, zas w obszarze lukowego wybrania luk czesci przedniej przechodzi w krótki odcinek prostopadly do powierzchni podstawy. Lukowa czesc czesci przedniej butelki przechodzi w plaska powierzchnie obwodowa, biegnaca od jednej strony podstawy poprzez wierzcholek do drugiej strony podstawy, ograniczona dwustronnie dwiema wyraznymi krawedziami lukowymi. Przedni luk biegnacy pomiedzy czescia tubowa i nasadka przechodzi obustronnie w obszarze plaskiej powierzchni obwodowej w proste odcinki równolegle do podstawy, które nastepnie sa polaczone lukiem wykonanym w tylnej czesci butelki. Tylna sciana w widoku z dolu ma lukowy ksztalt, który w obszarze podstawy lagodnie przechodzi w ksztalt paraboliczny, przy czym tylna sciana w linii biegnacej przez srodek butelki jest zasadniczo prostopadla do powierzchni podstawy.FIG . 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG . 5 FIG. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a personal hygiene bottle intended for storing liquid and semi-liquid substances. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a back view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a bottom view. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its shape, which differs from previously known designs. The bottle, having a tube section and a cap, is characterized by the fact that in the front view it has the shape of an ellipse cut off at the bottom at the cap section. In a front view, the cap connects to the tube portion by an arc and has a flat flap located on the underside, the flap having an arc-shaped recess connecting to a recess with a parabolic outline formed in the stationary part of the cap. In a side view, in the front part, the tube portion and the cap have an arc-shaped shape, and in the area of the arc-shaped recess, the arc of the front part merges into a short section perpendicular to the base surface. The arc-shaped portion of the front part of the bottle merges into a flat peripheral surface running from one side of the base through the apex to the other side of the base, bounded on both sides by two distinct arc-shaped edges. The front arc running between the tube portion and the cap merges on both sides in the area of the flat peripheral surface into straight sections parallel to the base, which are then connected by an arc formed in the rear part of the bottle.
