Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do higieny osobistej przeznaczona do przechowywania substancji plynnych i pólplynnych. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 -butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Butelka posiadajaca czesc tubowa i nasadke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt elipsy ucietej od dolu. Nasadka w widoku z przodu laczy sie lukowo z czescia tubowa oraz ma klapke umieszczona na wierzchu, przy czym nieruchoma czesc nasadki ma lukowe wybranie. Linia styku klapki z czescia nieruchoma nasadki, z lagodnie lukowej z przodu przechodzi z boku i z tylu w proste odcinki równolegle do podstawy. W widoku z boku, w czesci tylnej, czesc tubowa oraz nasadka maja ksztalt lukowy. Tylna, wyprofilowana lukowo powierzchnia butelki przechodzi w plaska powierzchnie obwodowa, biegnaca od jednej strony podstawy butelki poprzez wierzcholek nasadki do drugiej strony podstawy, ograniczona dwustronnie dwiema wyraznymi krawedziami lukowymi. Przedni luk biegnacy lagodnie pomiedzy czescia tubowa i nasadka przechodzi obustronnie w obszarze plaskiej powierzchni obwodowej w proste odcinki równolegle do podstawy, które nastepnie sa polaczone lagodnym lukiem w tylnej czesci butelki. Tylna sciana butelki w widoku z dolu ma lukowy ksztalt, przy czym tylna sciana w czesci tubowej oraz nieruchomej czesci nasadki w linii biegnacej przez srodek butelki jest zasadniczo prostopadla do powierzchni podstawy, zas w obszarze klapki jest nieco nachylona. Podstawa butelki w widoku z dolu w obrysie zewnetrznym ma ksztalt lukowy z przodu, przechodzacy po bokach w odcinki zakrzywione do wewnatrz, od strony tylnej laczace sie z odcinkiem prostej w tylnej czesci. Podstawa posiada centralnie umieszczone wybranie, które z lukowego z przodu, poprzez boczne odcinki proste przybiera ksztalt paraboliczny z tylu.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG. 5 FIG. 6 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a personal hygiene bottle intended for storing liquid and semi-liquid substances. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a back view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a bottom view. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The bottle, having a tube portion and a cap, is characterized in that in the front view, it has the shape of an ellipse cut from the bottom. In the front view, the cap connects to the tube portion in an arcuate manner and has a flap located on top, with the fixed part of the cap having an arc-shaped recess. The line of contact between the flap and the stationary part of the cap transitions from a gentle curve at the front to straight sections parallel to the base at the side and rear. In the side view, the tube portion and the cap have an arc shape in the rear section. The rear, arc-shaped surface of the bottle transitions into a flat peripheral surface running from one side of the bottle base through the top of the cap to the other side of the base, bounded on both sides by two distinct arc edges. The front arc, running gently between the tube portion and the cap, transitions on both sides in the area of the flat peripheral surface into straight sections parallel to the base, which are then connected by a gentle curve in the rear section of the bottle. In the bottom view, the rear wall of the bottle has an arc shape, with the rear wall in the tube portion and the stationary part of the cap being substantially perpendicular to the base surface in a line running through the center of the bottle, while it is slightly inclined in the area of the flap. The bottle base, viewed from below, has an external outline, which is arc-shaped at the front, transitioning inwardly curved sections on the sides, and connecting to a straight section at the rear.
