Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z pokrywa przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Pojemnik z pokrywa sklada sie z korpusu i pokrywy, które maja ksztalty zblizone do prostopadloscianów o prostokatnychpodstawach, majacych wypukle sciany boczne oraz zaokraglone krawedzie boczne. Sciany korpusu, majacego takze zaokraglone krawedzie dolne, sa lekko rozbiezne do góry, zas sciany pokrywy sa rozbiezne do dolu. Górna powierzchnia pokrywy ma plytkie wglebienie o zarysie zblizonym do prostokatnego i nachylonych zbieznie do dolu scianach, przy czym sciany przednia i tylna wglebienia maja zarys falisty z równym oddaleniem od siebie, zas sciany boczne wglebienia maja zarys wypukly na zewnatrz i sa równooddalone od bocznych krawedzi podstawy pokrywy. Ponadto, wokól dolnej krawedzi pokrywy jest uksztaltowany kolnierz, który wystaje na boki, nastepnie jest zagiety do dolu otaczajac sciany korpusu, a jego dolna krawedz jest ponownie wygieta na boki. Z przodu, na srodku pokrywy, pionowa sciana kolnierza jest poszerzona lukowo do dolu a na niej centralnie jest uksztaltowany podluzny poziomy element, przy czym w obszarze poszerzonej pionowej sciany kolnierza jego dolna, wygieta krawedz jest takze poszerzona. W pierwszej odmianie pojemnika stosunek wysokosci korpusu do wysokosci pokrywy wynosi okolo 4,5, a w drugiej odmianie okolo 3,2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container with a lid, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The model of the container with a lid is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of the container with a lid in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the container with a lid of fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 3 - the container with a lid of fig. 1 in a back view, fig. 4 - the container with a lid of fig. 1 in a side view, fig. 5 - the container with a lid of fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 6 - the container with a lid of fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 7 - the second variant of the container with a lid in a front perspective view, fig. 8 - the container with a lid of fig. 7 in a front view, fig. 9 - the container with a lid of fig. 7 in a back view, fig. 10 - the container with a lid of fig. 7 in a side view. The container with a lid consists of a body and a lid, which have shapes similar to cuboids with rectangular bases, convex side walls, and rounded side edges. The walls of the body, which also have rounded bottom edges, diverge slightly upward, while the walls of the lid diverge downward. The upper surface of the lid has a shallow recess with an outline that is approximately rectangular and has downwardly sloping walls, wherein the front and rear walls of the recess have a wavy outline and are equidistant from each other, and the side walls of the recess have an outwardly convex outline and are equidistant from the lateral edges of the base of the lid. In addition, a collar is formed around the lower edge of the lid, which protrudes laterally, then curves downward, enclosing the body walls, and its lower edge is curved laterally again. At the front, in the center of the lid, the vertical wall of the collar is widened downward in an arc, and a centrally located elongated horizontal element is formed on it. In the area of the widened vertical wall of the collar, its lower, curved edge is also widened. In the first container variant, the ratio of body height to lid height is approximately 4.5, and in the second variant, it is approximately 3.2. The characteristic features of a container with a lid are that the container body and the lid have shapes close to cuboids with rectangular bases, having convex side walls and rounded side edges, wherein the walls of the body, which also have rounded lower edges, are slightly divergent upwards, while the walls of the lid are divergent downwards, while the upper surface of the lid has a shallow recess with an outline close to rectangular and with walls inclined downwards, of which the front and rear walls of the recess have a wavy outline with an equal distance from each other, and the side walls of the recess have an outward convex outline and are equidistant from the side edges of the base of the lid, and a collar is formed around the lower edge of the lid, which protrudes laterally and is then bent to at the bottom surrounding the body walls and its lower edge is again bent sideways, while at the front, in the middle of the cover, the vertical wall of the collar is widened in an arc downwards, and on it centrally an elongated horizontal element is formed, wherein in the area of the widened vertical wall of the collar its lower, bent edge is also widened, and furthermore in the first variant of the industrial design the ratio of the height of the container body to the height of the cover is about 4.5, and in the second embodiment it is about 3.2, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 -10.FIG. 1 FIG. 7 FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 FIG. 7 FIG. 8 FIG. 9 FIG. 10 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
