Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest produkt kosmetyczny z elementami w zawiesinie. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, produkt kosmetyczny z elementami w zawiesinie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz materialem. Wzór produktu kosmetycznego z elementami w zawiesinie uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia produkt w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia produkt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 jest widokiem produktu od tylu, fig.4 przedstawia produkt w widok od prawej strony, fig.5 jest widokiem produktu od strony lewej, fig.6 przedstawia produkt w widoku od góry, fig.7 - produkt w widoku od dolu. Produkt kosmetyczny z elementami w zawiesinie ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, zwezajacego sie ku górze, którego górna i dolna podstawa ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Produkt ma jedna krawedz bardziej wypukla na zewnatrz. Górna podstawa jest ukosnie ulozona wzgledem dolnej podstawy. W widoku z przodu produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego krótszeboki, róznia sie wielkoscia. Dluzszy jeden bok jest ustawiony w przyblizeniu pionowo, przy czym oba boki dluzszy i krótszy sa w dolnej czesci zakrzywione do podstawy. Produkt kosmetyczny jest przezroczysty i ma pojedyncze, uksztaltowane w trójkaty elementy, rozmieszczone nieregularnie. Produkt w widoku od tylu stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku od przodu. W widoku od strony prawej, produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, który od góry jest zakonczony linia pozioma, której oba konce sa skierowane do dolu. W widoku od strony lewej, ksztalt produktu stanowi lustrzane odbicie, przy czym produkt od góry jest zakonczony wygieta eliptycznie do dolu linia. W widoku z góry i od dolu produkt ma postac usytuowanych jedna na drugiej elips, których dluzsze srednice maja rózne wielkosci i leza na jednej prostej. Cechami istotnymi, produktu kosmetycznego z elementami w zawiesinie, jest to, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, zwezajacego sie ku górze, którego górna i dolna podstawa ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, przy czym produkt ma jedna krawedz bardziej wypukla na zewnatrz, zas górna podstawa jest ukosnie ulozona wzgledem dolnej podstawy, natomiast w widoku z przodu produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego krótsze boki, róznia sie wielkoscia, przy czym dluzszy jeden bok jest ustawiony w przyblizeniu pionowo, a oba boki dluzszy i krótszy sa w dolnej czesci zakrzywione do podstawy, przy czym produkt jest przezroczysty i ma pojedyncze, uksztaltowanew trójkaty elementy, rozmieszczone nieregularnie, zas produkt w widoku od tylu stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku od przodu, zas w widoku od strony prawej, produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, który od góry jest zakonczony linia pozioma, której oba konce sa skierowane do dolu, natomiast w widoku od strony lewej, ksztalt produktu stanowi lustrzane odbicie, przy czym produkt od góry jest zakonczony wygieta eliptycznie do dolu linia, zas w widoku z góry i od dolu produkt ma postac usytuowanych jedna na drugiej elips, których dluzsze srednice maja rózne wielkosci i leza na jednej prostej, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunku, fig. 1-7 .FIG.1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic product with suspended elements. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the cosmetic product with suspended elements, as defined by the industrial design, is distinguished by its novel form manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours, and material. The design of the cosmetic product with suspended elements is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the product in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the product in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the product from the back, Fig. 4 shows the product from the right side, Fig. 5 shows the product from the left side, Fig. 6 shows the product from the top, and Fig. 7 shows the product from the bottom. The cosmetic product with suspended elements has the shape of a flattened cuboid with rounded corners and edges, tapering upward, and the upper and lower bases of which are roughly ellipsoidal. The product has one edge that is more convex outward. The upper base is diagonally positioned relative to the lower base. From the front, the product has a rectangular shape with shorter sides varying in size. One long side is approximately vertical, with both the longer and shorter sides curved towards the base at the bottom. The cosmetic product is transparent and has individual, irregularly arranged, triangular elements. From the back, the product is a mirror image of the front view. From the right, the product has a rectangular shape, terminating at the top with a horizontal line, both ends pointing downward. From the left, the product is a mirror image, terminating at the top with an elliptically curved line. When viewed from above and below, the product has the form of ellipses placed one on top of the other, whose longer diameters are of different sizes and lie on one straight line. The essential features of a cosmetic product with elements in suspension are that it has the shape of a flattened cuboid with rounded corners and edges, tapering towards the top, the upper and lower bases of which have a shape close to an ellipse, with one edge more convex towards the outside, and the upper base is arranged diagonally in relation to the lower base, while in a front view the product has a shape close to a rectangle, the shorter sides of which differ in size, with one longer side being approximately vertical, and both longer and shorter sides being curved towards the base in the lower part, the product is transparent and has single, triangular-shaped elements, arranged irregularly, while in a back view the product is a mirror image of the front view, while in a view from the right side the product has a shape close to a rectangle, which is terminated with a horizontal line, both ends of which are directed downwards, while in the view from the left, the shape of the product is a mirror image, whereby the product from the top terminates with an elliptically bent line downwards, while in the views from the top and bottom, the product has the form of ellipses placed one on top of the other, whose longer diameters are of different sizes and lie on one straight line, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.
