Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z zawartoscia. Tego typu pojemnik stanowi artykul toaletowy do osobistej higieny. Jest on przeznaczony do wypelnienia zawartoscia w postaci produktów farmaceutyczno kosmetycznych, zas elementy w zawiesinie moga byc srodkami smakowymi, anty bakteryjnymi lub innego rodzaju. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik z zawartoscia, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz materialem. Wzór pojemnika z zawartoscia uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z zawartoscia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 jest widokiem pojemnika od tylu, fig. 4 przedstawia pojemnik w widok od prawej strony, fig.5 jest widokiem pojemnika od strony lewej, fig.6 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od góry, fig.7 - pojemnik w widoku od dolu. Pojemnik z zawartoscia ma korpus z pokrywka, przy czym korpus ma ksztalt bryly obrotowej, której górna i dolnapodstawa ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Korpus zweza sie ku górze, a od strony jednego boku jest bardziej wypukly na zewnatrz. Korpus sklada sie z dwóch elementów górnego i dolnego, oddzielonych od siebie poprzecznym, ukosnie uksztaltowanym rowkiem. Pokrywka ma w widoku od przodu ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych górnych narozach. Pomiedzy pokrywka i korpusem, powyzej i ponizej linii laczacej jest usytuowane wklesniecie, które w widoku od przodu ma ksztalt zaokraglony, przy czym zaokraglenie to jest wieksze w kierunku do dolu. Korpus, w widoku z przodu, ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego krótsze boki, rózniace sie dlugoscia, stanowia dolna i górna podstawe pojemnika. Jeden, dluzszy bok, stanowiacy krawedz pojemnika jest prosty, a na dolnym koncu jest nieznacznie pochylony w kierunku podstawy pojemnika. Przeciwlegly, dluzszy bok, nieco ponad polowa wysokosci pojemnika jest nieznacznie pochylony w kierunku górnej podstawy pojemnika, zas na dole w kierunku dolnej podstawy. Dolny element korpusu jest przezroczysty. Zawartosc pojemnika, ma pojedyncze, uksztaltowane w kwadraty elementy, rozmieszczone nieregularnie zawiesinie. Pojemnik w widoku od tylu stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku od przodu. Jedynie na czesci linii laczenia pokrywki z korpusem jest usytuowany element majacy postac poziomo ulozonego prostokata rozszerzajacego sie w obie strony. W widoku od jednego wezszego boku, pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Rowek pomiedzy górna i dolna czescia korpusu jest wygiety wksztalt fragmentu elipsy. Wklesniecie pomiedzy korpusem i pokrywka jest pólokragle, zas po jego przeciwleglej stronie jest usytuowany wystep. This type of container is a toiletry article for personal hygiene. It is intended to be filled with pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, while the suspended elements may be flavorings, antibacterial agents, or other substances. Compared to similar products of this type, the container with contents according to the industrial design is distinguished by its novelty manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours, and material. The design of the container with contents is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with contents in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the container from the back, Fig. 4 shows the container from the right side, Fig. 5 shows the container from the left side, Fig. 6 shows the container from the top, and Fig. 7 shows the container from the bottom. The container containing the contents has a body with a lid, the body having the shape of a solid of revolution, the upper and lower bases of which are roughly ellipsoidal. The body tapers upwards, and on one side it is more convex outwards. The body consists of two elements: an upper and a lower one, separated by a transverse, diagonally shaped groove. The lid, viewed from the front, has a shape roughly rectangular with rounded upper corners. Between the lid and the body, above and below the connecting line, is a concavity, which is rounded in the front view, with the rounding being greater towards the bottom. The body, viewed from the front, has a shape roughly rectangular, whose shorter sides, differing in length, constitute the lower and upper bases of the container. One long side, constituting the edge of the container, is straight and slightly slopes towards the base at the lower end. The opposite long side, slightly more than half the height of the container, slopes slightly towards the upper base of the container and towards the lower base at the bottom. The lower body element is transparent. The container's contents consist of single, square-shaped elements, irregularly arranged for suspension. The rear view of the container is a mirror image of the front view. Only a portion of the line where the lid joins the body features an element in the form of a horizontally oriented rectangle, widening in both directions. Viewed from one narrower side, the container resembles a rectangle with rounded corners. The groove between the upper and lower body parts is curved into a fragment of an ellipse. The concavity between the body and the lid is semicircular, with a protrusion on the opposite side. Viewed from the other, narrower side, the container's shape is a mirror image, with the groove between the upper and lower body sections running transversely and in a straight line that slopes downward at both ends. Viewed from above, the container appears as three ellipses, one stacked on top of the other, with their longer diameters varying in size and lying on a single straight line. The essential features of the container with the content are that it has a body with a lid which has the shape of a solid of revolution, the upper and lower bases of which have a shape close to an ellipse, wherein the body narrows upwards and on one side is more convex outwards, wherein the body consists of two elements: upper and lower, separated from each other by a transverse, obliquely shaped groove, and the lid has, in a front view, a shape close to a rectangle with rounded upper corners, and between the lid and the body, above and below the connecting line, there is a concavity which in a front view has a rounded shape, this rounding being greater towards the bottom, and the body, in a front view, has a shape close to a rectangle whose shorter sides, differing in in length, constitute the lower and upper base of the container, and one, longer side, constituting the edge of the container, is straight, and at the lower end is slightly inclined towards the base of the container, while the opposite, longer side, slightly more than half the height of the container, is slightly inclined towards the upper base of the container and at the bottom towards the lower base, wherein the lower element of the body is transparent, while the content of the container has single, square-shaped elements, arranged irregularly in suspension, wherein the container in a rear view is a mirror image of the front view, and only on part of the line of connection of the lid with the body is located an element in the form of a horizontally arranged rectangle widening in both directions, while in a view from one narrower side, the container has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners, and the groove between the upper and lower parts of the body is bent in the shape of a fragment of an ellipse, while the concavity between the body and the lid is semicircular, and on its opposite side there is a protrusion, and in the view from the other, narrower side, the shape of the container is a mirror image, wherein the groove between the upper and lower parts of the body is located transversely and in a straight line that slopes downwards at both ends, while in the top view the container has the form of three ellipses placed one on top of the other, whose longer diameters have different sizes and lie on one straight line, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1 - 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
