Tego typu produkt jest kosmetykiem lub farmaceutykiem , którym wypelnia sie pojemnik stanowiacy artykul toaletowy do osobistej higieny. Elementy w zawiesinie moga byc srodkami smakowymi, anty bakteryjnymi lub innego rodzaju. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, produkt z elementami w zawiesinie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz materialem. Od strony jednego boku jest bardziej wypukly na zewnatrz. Górna podstawa bryly jest ukosnie ulozona wzgledem dolnej podstawy. W widoku z przodu produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego krótsze boki, rózniace sie wielkoscia. Jeden, dluzszy bok jest prosty, a na dolnym koncu jest nieznacznie pochylony w kierunku podstawy produktu. Przeciwlegly bok jest krótszy i jest pochylony w kierunku dolnej podstawy. Produkt jest przezroczysty i ma pojedyncze, uksztaltowane w kwadraty elementy, rozmieszczone nieregularnie w zawiesinie. Produkt w widoku od tylu stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku od przodu. W widoku od jednego wezszego boku, produkt ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach. Od góry jest zakonczony linia pozioma od której odchodzi skierowana do dolu linia, majaca ksztalt fragmentu elipsy. This type of product is a cosmetic or pharmaceutical filled into a container constituting a toiletry article for personal hygiene. The suspended elements may be flavoring agents, antibacterial agents, or other substances. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, a product with suspended elements, according to an industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours, and material. The design of the product with suspended elements is shown in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the product in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the product in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the product from the back, Fig. 4 shows the product from the right side, Fig. 5 shows the product from the left side, Fig. 6 shows the product from the top, and Fig. 7 shows the product from the bottom. The product with suspended elements has the shape of a solid of revolution, tapering towards the top, with upper and lower bases roughly ellipsoidal. One side is more convex outward. The upper base of the solid is diagonally arranged relative to the lower base. In the front view, the product has a shape similar to a rectangle, with shorter sides that differ in size. One, longer side is straight and at the lower end is slightly inclined towards the product's base. The opposite side is shorter and inclined towards the lower base. The product is transparent and has individual, square-shaped elements, arranged irregularly in suspension. The rear view mirrors the front view. Viewed from one narrower side, the product resembles a rectangle with rounded lower corners. At the top, it terminates with a horizontal line extending downward, resembling a fragment of an ellipse. Viewed from the other, narrower side, the product's shape is a mirror image, with the top terminating in a horizontal line, both ends of which are slightly tilted downward. Viewed from the top and bottom, the product appears as ellipses stacked one on top of the other, with their longer diameters varying in size and lying on a single straight line. The essential features of the product with elements in suspension are that it has the shape of a solid of revolution, narrowing towards the top, the upper and lower bases of which have a shape close to an ellipse, and from the side of one side it is more convex outwards, wherein the upper base of the solid is arranged obliquely in relation to the lower base, and in the front view the product has a shape close to a rectangle, the shorter sides of which differ in size, while one, longer side is straight and at the lower end is slightly inclined towards the base of the product, and the opposite side is shorter and is inclined towards the lower base, wherein the product is transparent and has single, square-shaped elements, arranged irregularly in suspension, while the product in the back view is a mirror image of the front view, and in the view from one narrower side the product has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded lower sides corners, and from the top it is terminated with a horizontal line from which a line extends downwards, having the shape of a fragment of an ellipse, wherein in the view from the other, narrower side, the shape of the product is a mirror image, wherein the top of the product is terminated with a horizontal line, both ends of which are slightly inclined downwards, and in the view from the top and bottom, the product has the form of ellipses placed one on top of the other, whose longer diameters have different sizes and lie on one straight line, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1-7.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3FIG. 4FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL
