Butelka z uchwytem Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20.09. 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z uchwytem, sluzaca jako opakowanie plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym i obok niej nakretke w widoku z dolu, fig.2 - butelke z nakretka w widoku z boku nie posiadajacego uchwytu, a fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac bryly o przekroju wzdluznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Sklada sie z korpusu zamknietego od góry nakretka i posiada symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylna. Powierzchnie boczne butelki sa wybrzuszone, przy czym na jednej z nich, w górnej czesci usytuowany jest lukowaty uchwyt. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylnej znajduja sie lukowe wyciecia, z których jedno ma poczatek w górnej czesci korpusu butelki, nad poczatkiem uchwytu i opada lagodnym lukiem, wypuklym lekko ku górze w srodkowej czesci korpusu butelki, w strone drugiego wezszego boku. Drugie wyciecie ma poczatek w dolnej czesci korpusu butelki i kieruje sie lagodnym lukiem ku górze w strone przeciwleglego boku. Oba wycieciatworza na jednym z wezszych boków butelki figury podobne do trójkatów skierowanych do siebie wierzcholkami, zas na drugim wezszym boku posiadajacym uchwyt, wyciecie przebiega równolegle do plaszczyzny podstawy butelki. Przeswit uchwytu butelki ma ksztalt owalny. Nakretka butelki jest bryla, która w widoku z boku ma ksztalt trójkata róznoramiennego o wypuklych dwu bokach, trzecim boku lekko wkleslym i opadajacym zgodnie z linia wyciecia na powierzchni butelki, a w widoku z dolu nakretka ma ksztalt owalu. PL PLBottle with a Handle The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since September 20, 1999. The design covers a bottle with a handle, used as packaging for liquid cosmetics and cleaning products. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view and, next to it, the cap viewed from below; Fig. 2 shows the bottle with the cap viewed from the side without a handle; and Fig. 3 shows the bottle viewed from above. The bottle, according to the design, is characterized by its shape with a longitudinal cross-section roughly resembling an ellipse. It consists of a body closed at the top with a cap and has symmetrically shaped, flat front and rear surfaces. The bottle's sides are bulging, with an arc-shaped handle located on one of them in the upper part. The front and rear surfaces feature arc-shaped cutouts, one of which originates in the upper part of the bottle, above the beginning of the handle, and descends in a gentle, slightly convex arc in the middle of the bottle, towards the other, narrower side. The second cutout originates in the lower part of the bottle and curves upward in a gentle arc towards the opposite side. On one of the narrower sides of the bottle, both cutouts form figures resembling triangles with their vertices facing each other, while on the other narrower side, which contains the handle, the cutout runs parallel to the plane of the bottle's base. The bottle handle's clearance is oval. The bottle cap is a solid shape that, when viewed from the side, has the shape of an equilateral triangle with two convex sides, the third side is slightly concave and descends in line with the cutout line on the bottle surface, and when viewed from below, the cap has the shape of an oval.
