Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Znana jest butelka w postaci plaskiej bryly zaopatrzona w szyjke z nasadka wlewowa i kapturkiem oraz posiadajaca uchwyt, w której na powierzchni czolowej i tylniej znajduja sie wymodelowane wglebienia, przy czym uchwyt znajduje sie centralnie na powierzchni bocznej, posiadajacej ksztalt od góry wybrzuszony, a nastepnie wklesly, zas na przeciwleglej powierzchni bocznej wymodelowane jest wybrzuszenie w postaci wydluzonej lezki. Znana jest równiez butelka w postaci bryly o przekroju wzdluznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, skladajaca sie z korpusu zamknietego od góry nakretka o symetrycznie uksztaltowanych wzgledem siebie plaskich powierzchniach czolowej i tylniej. Obie powierzchnie boczne sa wybrzuszone, zas na jednej powierzchni bocznej, w jej górnej czesci usytuowany jest uchwyt. Butelka posiada dwa wyciecia, które tworza na powierzchni bocznej figury podobne do trójkatów skierowanych do siebie wierzcholkami, zas na drugiej powierzchni bocznej, posiadajacej uchwyt, wyciecie przebiega równolegle do plaszczyzny podstawy butelki.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, ukladzie linii na tej powierzchni. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie butelki w postaci jednolitej bryly o przekroju wzdluznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach skladajacej sie z korpusu z umieszczona u góry butelki gwintowana szyjka. Butelka posiada symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylnia z lukowatym uchwytem znajdujacym sie w ich górnej czesci. Powierzchnia czolowa i tylnia butelki jest u góry mocno scieta, tak, iz tworza niemal pionowa sciane, której czesc stanowi boczna powierzchnie butelki, pod uchwytem, przy czym kat sciecia od strony uchwytu jest lagodniejszy i przechodzi w uchwyt butelki. Przeswit uchwytu butelki ma ksztalt trójkata o zaokraglonych narozach, zas podstawa tego trójkata jest lekko wybrzuszona. Jedna powierzchnia boczna jest prosta, a druga, przeciwlegla powierzchnia boczna, w górnej czesci wyposazona jest w uchwyt, zas ponizej uchwytu jest lekko wklesla. Na powierzchniach czolowej i tylniej znajduje sie lukowe wglebienie, które ma poczatek w górnej czesci korpusu butelki, nad poczatkiem uchwytu i opada lagodnym lukiem, równolegle do prostej powierzchni bocznej butelki i kieruje sie lukiem równolegle do podstawy butelki, lagodnym lukiem ku górze w strone tego samego boku, ponadto we wglebieniu powierzchni czolowej i tylniej, na kazdej z nich, tuz ponizej przeswitu, znajduje sie równolegle, owalne, podluzne wglebienie, widoczne od strony powierzchni bocznej wyposazonej w uchwyt, zas na powierzchni bocznej nie posiadajacej uchwytu, wymodelowane sa dwie pary równoleglych wglebien, przy czym jedna para usytuowana jest w górnej czesci butelki, a druga para wglebien umieszczona jest w dolnej czesci butelki, w malej odleglosci ponizej pierwszejpary, na jej przedluzeniu, przy czym druga para jest nieco dluzsza od pierwszej pary i konczy sie tuz przy podstawie butelki. Dno butelki ma profilowany wypust o prostokatnym ksztalcie o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym dno butelki ma szesc wybrzuszen równoleglych do krótszych boków prostokatnego wypustu. A known bottle is a flat solid body with a neck with a filler cap and a cap, and a handle with modeled recesses on the front and rear surfaces. The handle is located centrally on the side surface, which is bulging at the top and then concave, while the opposite side surface has a modeled bulge in the form of an elongated teardrop. A bottle is also known in the form of a solid body with a longitudinal cross-section roughly ellipsoidal, consisting of a body closed at the top by a cap with symmetrically shaped flat front and rear surfaces. Both side surfaces are bulging, and a handle is located on one side, in its upper part. The bottle has two cutouts, which create figures on the side surface similar to triangles with their vertices facing each other. On the other side surface, which has the handle, the cutout runs parallel to the plane of the bottle's base. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and the arrangement of lines on this surface. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the shape of the bottle: a uniform solid with a longitudinal cross-section roughly rectangular, with rounded corners and edges, consisting of a body with a threaded neck located at the top. The bottle has symmetrically shaped, flat front and rear surfaces, with an arched handle located at the top. The front and rear surfaces of the bottle are strongly beveled at the top, forming a nearly vertical wall, part of which forms the side of the bottle, below the handle. The bevel angle on the handle side is gentler and merges into the bottle handle. The bottle handle opening is triangular with rounded corners, and the base of this triangle is slightly convex. One side surface is straight, while the other, opposite side surface, is equipped with a handle at the top and is slightly concave below the handle. On the front and rear surfaces there is an arc-shaped recess which starts in the upper part of the bottle body, above the beginning of the handle, descends in a gentle arc, parallel to the straight side surface of the bottle and arcs parallel to the base of the bottle, in a gentle arc upwards towards the same side, furthermore, in the recess of the front and rear surfaces, on each of them, just below the clearance, there is a parallel, oval, elongated recess, visible from the side surface equipped with the handle, while on the side surface without the handle, two pairs of parallel recesses are modeled, one pair being situated in the upper part of the bottle and the second pair of recesses being situated in the lower part of the bottle, at a small distance below the first pair, in its extension, the second pair being slightly longer than the first pair and ending just at the base of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle has a profiled rectangular projection with rounded corners, and the bottom of the bottle has six bulges parallel to the shorter sides of the rectangular projection.
