Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt do toreb przeznaczony do stosowania w gospodarstwie domowym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia uchwyt do toreb w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - uchwyt do toreb w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - uchwyt do toreb w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - uchwyt do toreb w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - uchwyt do toreb w widoku od spodu, fig. 6 - uchwyt do toreb w polowie otwarty w widoku perspektywicznym z wsunieta torba, zas fig. 7 - przedstawia uchwyt do toreb w widoku perspektywicznym z osadzona wewnatrz torba. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu do toreb przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Uchwyt do toreb charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada dwie symetrycznie wygiete powierzchnie boczne polaczone ze soba przegubowo. W widoku z tylu powierzchnia boczna ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi krawedziami dolnymi, przy czym szerokosc stanowi okolo 2/5 wysokosci uchwytu. W widoku z boku, powierzchnie boczne stanowia przedluzenie przegubów, po czym wygiete sa ku górze i posiadaja do wysokosci powyzej 1/5 wysokosci uchwytu okolo 30 stopniowy odchyl w stosunku do siebie. Nastepnie wygiecie zmienia swój kierunek i powierzchnie boczne zblizaja sie do siebie, a nastepnie na okolo 6/7 wysokosci od dolu uchwytu, powtórnie odgiete sa od siebie pod katem okolo 30 stopni. Ponadto, powierzchnia przednia, przy krawedzi dolnej, posiada wyciecie o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, którego szerokosc jest mniejsza od 1/3 szerokosci powierzchni bocznej. Wyciecie to sluzy do umieszczenie w nim szyjki otworu wlewowo-wylewowego torby. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bag handle, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bag handle, Fig. 3 shows a back view of the bag handle, Fig. 4 shows a top view of the bag handle, Fig. 5 shows a bottom view of the bag handle, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the bag handle halfway open with a bag inserted, and Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the bag handle with a bag embedded inside. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bag handle, manifested in its shape. The bag handle is characterized by having two symmetrically curved side surfaces that are connected by an articulation. In the rear view, the side surface is rectangular with rounded lower edges, the width being approximately 2/5 of the handle height. In the side view, the side surfaces are an extension of the joints, then bent upwards and have an angle of approximately 30 degrees relative to each other up to a height above 1/5 of the handle height. Then the bend changes direction and the side surfaces approach each other, and then, at approximately 6/7 of the height from the bottom of the handle, they are bent away from each other again at an angle of approximately 30 degrees. Furthermore, the front surface, at the bottom edge, has a cutout in a roughly rectangular shape, the width of which is less than 1/3 of the width of the side surface.
