Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przedstawiony na fotografiach i rysunku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1- przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym na scianke boczna i przednia, fig. 3- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym na scianke przednia i boczna przeciwlegla do fig. 2, fig.4 pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym na scianke górna i przednia, zas fig. 5 przedstawia rysunek schematyczny pojemnika. Pojemnik, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzne scianki boczne rozszerzaja sie od swojej podstawy ku górze oraz iz posiada nieregularny ksztalt scianek bocznych odpowiadajacy ksztaltowi krawedzi zewnetrznej scianki przedniej. Ponadto ma plaska przednia scianke z wizerunkiem laciatej krowy na trawie na tle gór i chmur. Ksztalt krawedzi zewnetrznej scianki przedniej odpowiada obiysowi zewnetrznego ksztaltu krowy. Scianka przednia opakowania jest polaczona prostokatnymi pasami z przeciwlegla scianka. The subject of the industrial design is the container presented in the photographs and drawing. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs and drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view of the side and front wall, Fig. 3 shows the container in a perspective view of the front and side wall opposite Fig. 2, Fig. 4 shows the container in a perspective view of the top and front wall, and Fig. 5 shows a schematic drawing of the container. The container is characterized by its outer side walls widening upward from the base and having irregularly shaped side walls corresponding to the shape of the outer edge of the front wall. It also has a flat front wall with an image of a spotted cow on grass against a background of mountains and clouds. The shape of the outer edge of the front wall corresponds to the contour of the cow's outer shape. The front wall of the package is connected to the opposite wall by rectangular strips.
