Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu od góry, fig. 2 - butelke wwidoku z przodu , fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku i fig.4 - butelke w widoku z tylu. Butelka zlozona z korpusu z szyjka i podstawy wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada korpus o owalnym ksztalcie, majacy obwód regularnie zmniejszajacy sie od dolu ku górze oraz plaska, owalna podstawe o zaokraglonych krawedziach, wystajaca poza obreb korpusu. Korpus butelki ma z przodu plaska powierzchnie rozciagajaca sie od podstawy ku górze i zakonczona lagodnym lukiem od strony szyjki. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from the front top, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the bottle in a back view. The bottle, composed of a body with a neck and a base according to the design, is characterized by an oval-shaped body with a circumference that regularly decreases from the bottom to the top, and a flat, oval base with rounded edges, protruding beyond the body.
