Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Pojemnik znajduje zastosowanie dla przechowywania sypkich produktów spozywczych na przyklad przypraw, ziól itp. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.3-pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.5- pojemnik w wi- doku z przodu, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- po- jemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru, obejmujacy dwie czesci, cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt stozka scietego, o podsta-wie owalnej, na którego scianie bocznej znajduja sie dwa wklesniecia o zarysach paraboli, w widoku z boku i z przodu, usytuowane od strony przedniej pojemnika. Na górnej powierz- chni czesci górnej pojemnika znajduje sie owalna przykrywka z trzema owalnymi obszarami w jej polu. Ponad krawedzia dolna czesci górnej pojemnika przebiega obwodowo wypuklosc, prze- rwana na stronach bocznych pojemnika, w miejscach w których na czesc górna zachodza dwa odchylone ucha czesci dolnej, ma- jace, w widoku z boku, zarysy paraboli. Ponadto, od strony przedniej, na czesci dolnej pojemnika znajduje sie uchwyt ma- jacy, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys czesci kola. The container, according to the model, comprising two parts, is characterized in that it has the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base, the side wall of which has two concavities with the outline of a parabola, in side and front views, located on the front side of the container. On the upper surface of the upper part of the container is an oval lid with three oval areas in its area. A convexity runs circumferentially above the lower edge of the upper part of the container, interrupted on the sides of the container where the upper part is overlapped by two deflected handles of the lower part, having the outline of a parabola in side views.
