Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika dozuja- cego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik do- zujacy w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku zprzodu, a fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z tylu. Pojemnik dozujacy wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt stozka scietego z podstawa elip-tyczna, przy czym na stronach bocznych sciany bocznej stozka przebiegaja pionowe uwypuklenia. Przykrywka ma obwodowy kolnierz, a na jej górnej powierzchni znajduja sie dwie wy- puklosci: pólkulista wypuklosc z dzióbkiem polozona od strony przedniej pojemnika, przy czym dzióbek ma zarys trójkata prostokatnego, w widoku z boku i zarys trapezu równoramienne- go, w widoku z przodu, oraz wypuklosc w ksztalcie czaszy po- lozona od strony tylnej pojemnika, na której powierzchni przebiega szczelina o zarysie prostokata. W szczelinie usytu- owany jest wystep w ksztalcie pasa, majacego w widoku z boku zarys litery "V", przy czym pas wnika w krawedz pólkulistej wypuklosci. The essence of the design is a new form of the dispensing container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the dispensing container in perspective views from above, front, and side, fig. 2 - the container in a top view, fig. 3 - the container in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the container in a side view, fig. 5 - the container in a front view, and fig. 6 - the container in a back view. The dispensing container according to the design is characterized in that the body has the shape of a truncated cone with an elliptical base, with vertical convexities running on the lateral sides of the side wall of the cone. The lid has a circumferential flange, and its upper surface has two protrusions: a hemispherical protrusion with a spout located on the front side of the container, the spout having the outline of a right triangle in a side view and the outline of an isosceles trapezoid in a front view, and a dome-shaped protrusion located on the rear side of the container, on the surface of which runs a rectangular slot. A strip-shaped protrusion is located in the slot, having the outline of the letter "V" in a side view, with the strip penetrating the edge of the hemispherical protrusion. PL PL PL PL
