Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przykrywki pojemni- ka na napoje, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia przykrywke po- jemnika na napoje w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- przykrywke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- przykrywke w widoku z boku, fig.4- przykrywke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- przy- krywke w widoku z dolu. Przykrywka pojemnika na napoje wedlug wzoru, charakte- ryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu wydrazonej pólkuli,majacej na powierzchni zewnetrznej, przy krawedzi dolnej, pas wy- stepów, z których kazdy ma zarys lezki i majacej na okolo 3/5 wy- sokosci od tego pasa, obwodowe wypuklosci oraz dwa symetryczne wy- stepy w postaci plytek o zarysie wycinka kola, w widoku z przodu. Oba wystepy usytuowane sa naprzeciw siebie w plaszczyznie prosto- padlej do pólkuli. Ponadto na powierzchni wewnetrznej przykrywki znajduja sie trzy karby. The essence of the design is a new form of a beverage container lid, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the beverage container lid in a perspective view from above, from the front, and from the side, Fig. 2 - the lid in a front view, Fig. 3 - the lid in a side view, Fig. 4 - the lid in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the lid in a bottom view. The beverage container lid, as designed, is characterized by its approximate shape as a hollow hemisphere, with a band of projections on its outer surface at the lower edge, each in the shape of a teardrop, and having circumferential convexities approximately 3/5 of the height of the band, and two symmetrical projections in the form of plates with the outline of a circular sector when viewed from the front. Both projections are located opposite each other in a plane perpendicular to the hemisphere. Furthermore, the inner surface of the lid has three notches.
