Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie dozownika pojemnika aerozolowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia dozownik pojemnika aerozolowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- dozownik w widoku z góry, fig.3- dozownik w widoku z dolu, fig.4- dozownik w widoku z boku, fig.5- dozownik w widoku z kierunku strzalki A na fig.l, a fig.6- dozownik w widoku z kierunku strzalki B na fig.l.Dozownik pojemnika aerozolowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus oraz przycisk, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana górna przebiega skosnie, a zarys sciecia tworzy, w widoku z przodu, zarys paraboli, zas w widoku z boku, zarys lukowaty. Sciana górna korpusu jest wybrana tak, ze sciany wybrania przebiegaja skosnie do wewnatrz, a posrodku sciany górnej znajduje sie obszerny owalny otwór, w którym usytuowany jest przycisk majacy, w widoku z góry, mniejszy zarys w przyblizeniu owalny. W polu powierzchni górnej przycisku widoczne sa dwa obszary, z których przedni jest obnizony, a tylny wypietrzony. W polu obnizonego obszaru polozone sa cztery równolegle lukowate szczeliny, zas w polu wypietrzonego obszaru polozona jest stozkowata wypuklosc z malym otworem. Na powierzchni bocznej przycisku widoczny jest wystep od strony tylnej i splaszczenie sciany od strony przedniej. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the aerosol can dispenser. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows an aerosol container dispenser in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the dispenser in a top view, fig. 3 - the dispenser in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the dispenser in a side view, fig. 5 - the dispenser in the direction of arrow A in fig. 1, and fig. 6 - the dispenser in the direction of arrow B in fig. 1. The aerosol container dispenser according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a button, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper wall of which runs obliquely, and the outline of the cut forms, in a front view, the outline of a parabola, while in a side view, it forms an arc-shaped outline. The upper wall of the body is designed so that the recess walls run diagonally inward, and in the center of the upper wall is a large oval opening in which a button is located, which, in a top view, has a smaller, approximately oval outline. The upper surface of the button features two visible areas, the front one lowered and the rear one raised. The lowered area features four parallel arc-shaped slots, while the raised area features a conical bulge with a small opening. The lateral surface of the button features a protrusion on the rear side and a flattened wall on the front side.
