Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- bu- telke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, fig.5- butelke w widoku z ty- lu, fig.6- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu.Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majaca korpus o podstawie owalnej z uchwytem usytuowanym na jednym boku korpusu w sasiedztwie otworu o zarysie owalnym oraz z cylin- dryczna szyjka z gwintem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana górna korpusu ma ksztalt stozka scietego o podstawie owalu, a krawedz pomiedzy sciana górna, a sciana przednia, tylna i jedna z bocznych ma zarys lukowaty i laczy sie z fa- lista krawedzia owalnego otworu sasiadujacego z uchwytem. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from the front, from above and from the side, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 6 - the bottle in a view from the other side, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle according to the industrial design, having a body with an oval base with a handle situated on one side of the body in the vicinity of an oval opening and with a cylindrical neck with a thread, has the following essential features: the upper wall of the body has the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base, and the edge between the upper wall and the front, back and one of the side walls has an arcuate outline and connects to the wavy edge of the oval opening adjacent to the handle. The handle area has a plurality of hemispherical protrusions, and in addition, numerous hemispherical protrusions are located in the areas of the front, rear, and side walls, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 7.
