Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- nastepna butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.3- butelke z fig.l w widoku z przodu, fig.4- butelke z fig.l w widoku z boku, fig.5- butelke z fig.l wwidoku z dolu, fig.6- butelke z fig.l w widoku z góry, fig.7- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z przodu, fig.8- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z boku, fig.9- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z góry, a fig.10- butelke z fig.2 w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i nakrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa jest kolista, a sciana przednia i tylna sa plaskie. Sciany boczne korpusu sa wypukle w czesci dolnej, w przyblizeniu do polowy wysokosci korpusu i lekko wklesle w czesci górnej korpusu. Sciana górna korpusu ma, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny. Nakrywka ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana górna jest wypukla, a jej wysokosc stanowi w przyblizeniu 1/3 wysokosci butelki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.3, fig.4, fig.5, fig.6. Nastepna butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa jest kolista, a sciana przednia i tylna sa plaskie. Sciany boczne korpusu sa wypukle w czesci dolnej, w przyblizeniu do polowy wysokosci korpusu i lekko wklesle w czesci górnej korpusu. Sciana górna korpusu ma, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny i ze sciany tej wypietrza sie ku górze cylindryczna szyjka z walcowym kolnierzem. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the bottle. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body and a cap, has the following essential features: the body has a solid shape with a circular base and flat front and rear walls. The side walls of the body are convex in the lower part, approximately halfway up the body, and slightly concave in the upper part of the body. The upper wall of the body has an oval outline when viewed from above. The cap has a cylindrical shape with a convex upper wall, its height being approximately one-third of the bottle height, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6. The next industrial design bottle has the following essential features: the body has a solid shape with a circular base and flat front and rear walls. The side walls of the body are convex in the lower part, approximately to half the height of the body, and slightly concave in the upper part of the body. The upper wall of the body, viewed from above, has an oval outline, and from this wall a cylindrical neck with a cylindrical flange projects upward. On the side wall of the neck there are two hemispherical protrusions, one located on the front side and the other on the rear side of the body, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 2, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10.
