Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ekspres do kawy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie ekspresu do kawy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- ekspres w widoku z przodu, fig.3- ekspres w widoku z tylu, fig.4- ekspres w widoku z boku, fig.5- ekspres w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- ekspres w widoku z góry, a fig.7- ekspres w widoku z dolu. Ekspres do kawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy podstawe usytuowana obok korpusu z przykrywka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa ma ksztalt stozka scietego, zas korpus ma ksztalt walca, którego os ' usytuowana jest pod katem 70° w stosunku do plaszczyzny sciany górnej stozkowej podstawy. W polu sciany bocznej korpusu znajduje sie wybranie, polozone od strony przedniej, a z wybrania wystaja dwa wystepy, przy czym dolny wystep jest wiekszy niz górny i ma, w widoku z boku, zarys lukowaty. Przykrywka usytuowana na korpusie ma ksztalt walca stanowiacego przedluzenie walcowego ksztaltu korpusu, przy czym w polu wypuklej sciany górnejprzykrywki widoczny jest plaski wystep majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys litery, „U", który to wystep wystaje ku przodowi. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the coffee machine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the coffee machine in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 2 - the coffee machine in a front view; Fig. 3 - the coffee machine in a rear view; Fig. 4 - the coffee machine in a side view; Fig. 5 - the coffee machine in a side view; Fig. 6 - the coffee machine in a top view; and Fig. 7 - the coffee machine in a bottom view. The coffee machine according to the industrial design, comprising a base situated next to a body with a lid, has the following essential features: the base is in the shape of a truncated cone, and the body is in the shape of a cylinder, the axis of which is positioned at a 70° angle to the plane of the upper wall of the conical base. In the side wall of the body there is a recess located on the front side, and two protrusions protrude from the recess, the lower protrusion being larger than the upper one and having, in a side view, an arc-shaped outline. The cover situated on the body has the shape of a cylinder constituting an extension of the cylindrical shape of the body, while in the convex area of the upper wall of the cover there is a flat protrusion visible, having, in a top view, the outline of the letter "U", which protrusion protrudes forward. In the upper wall of the conical base of the coffee machine, circular concentric outlines are visible, while on its side wall there are three oval recesses, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
