Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu pojemnika. Pojemnik jest uzywany jako dyspergator detergentu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego obejmujacy korpus oraz dwusegmentowa pokrywe z wkladka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly zlozonej z dwóch walców oraz stozka scietego, przy czym stozek sciety stanowi podstawe korpusu, a nizszy walec stanowi otok korpusu usytuowany ponad podstawa. Na korpusie znajduje sie dwusegmentowa pokrywa, w której scianka tylna czesci dolnej stanowi wieszak pokrywy, a krawedz dolna tej scianki, w widoku z tylu, ma zarys lukowaty. Powierzchnia wewnetrzna wieszaka ma trzy wybrzuszenia polozone jedno nad drugim. Krawedz dolna pokrywy, w widoku z przodu, ma zarys prostoliniowy. Powierzchnia górna segmentu górnego pokrywy ma zarys opadajacy ku tylowi, zas od przedniej strony pokrywy widoczna jest wkladka majaca w widoku z góry zarys kolisty, przy czym w polu wypuklej sciany górnej wkladki znajduja sie wybrania o zarysach falistych i lukowatych ulozone promieniscie wzgledem centralnego wystepu walcowego. Po obu stronach bocznych pokrywy znajduja sie symetryczne uchwyty, z których kazdy ma zarys czworoboku z dwoma lukowatymi, krótszymi bokami, a ponadto w uchwycie widoczne jest koliste wybranie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.7. Nastepny pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego obejmujacy korpus oraz dwusegmentowa pokrywe, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly zlozonej z dwóch walców oraz stozka scietego, przy czym stozek sciety stanowi podstawe korpusu, a nizszy walec stanowi otok korpusu usytuowany ponad podstawa. Na korpusie znajduje sie dwusegmentowa pokrywa, w której scianka tylna czesci dolnej stanowi wieszak pokrywy, a krawedz dolna tej scianki, w widoku z tylu, ma zarys lukowaty. Powierzchnia wewnetrzna wieszaka ma pojedyncze wybrzuszenie. Krawedz dolna pokrywy, w widoku z przodu, ma zarys prostoliniowy. Powierzchnia górna segmentu górnego pokrywy ma zarys opadajacy ku tylowi, a ponizej opadajacej powierzchnigórnej znajduje sie wystep o zarysie trójkatnym. W pokrywie widoczne jest wybranie o zarysie kolistym, w którym usytuowana jest centralna wypuklosc, w polu, której widoczne sa liczne zarysy o ksztalcie soczewki dwuwypuklej, ulozone promieniscie wzgledem srodka wypuklosci. Po obu stronach bocznych pokrywy znajduja sie symetryczne uchwyty, z których kazdy ma zarys czworoboku z dwoma lukowatymi, krótszymi bokami, a ponadto w uchwycie widoczne jest koliste wybranie, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.2 oraz od fig.8 do fig.12.FIG. 1FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5FIG. 6FIG. 8FIG. 9 FIG.10FIG.11 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the container. The container is used as a detergent disperser. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the next container in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the container in fig. 1 in a side view, fig. 4 - the container in fig. 1 in a back view, fig. 5 - the container in fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 6 - the container in fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 7 - the container in fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 8 - the container in fig. 2 in a side view, fig. 9 - the container in fig. 2 in a back view, fig. 10 - the container in fig. 2 in a front view, fig. 11 - the container in fig. 2 in a top view, and fig. 12 - the container in fig. 2 in a bottom view. The industrial design container, comprising a body and a two-segment lid with an insert, has the following essential features: the body is shaped like a solid composed of two cylinders and a truncated cone, with the truncated cone forming the base of the body and the lower cylinder forming the body's surround located above the base. The body features a two-segment lid, in which the rear wall of the lower part forms the lid hanger, and the lower edge of this wall, viewed from the rear, has an arcuate outline. The inner surface of the hanger has three bulges arranged one above the other. The lower edge of the lid, viewed from the front, has a rectilinear outline. The upper surface of the upper cover segment has an outline sloping towards the rear, while the front side of the cover shows an insert having a circular outline in a top view, wherein the convex area of the upper insert wall contains recesses with wavy and arcuate outlines arranged radially relative to the central cylindrical projection. On both sides of the cover are symmetrical handles, each of which has a quadrilateral outline with two arcuate, shorter sides, and in addition, a circular recess is visible in the handle, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Figs. 3 to 7. The next container according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a two-segment cover, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a solid composed of two cylinders and a truncated cone, wherein the truncated cone constitutes the base of the body, and the lower cylinder constitutes the body's surround situated above the base. The body features a two-segment cover, in which the rear wall of the lower part forms the cover hanger, and the lower edge of this wall, viewed from the rear, has an arcuate outline. The inner surface of the hanger has a single bulge. The lower edge of the cover, viewed from the front, has a rectilinear outline. The upper surface of the upper cover segment has an outline sloping backwards, and below the sloping upper surface is a triangular protrusion. The cover features a circular recess containing a central convexity, within which numerous biconvex lens-shaped outlines are visible, arranged radially relative to the center of the convexity. On both sides of the cover there are symmetrical handles, each of which has a quadrilateral shape with two arcuate, shorter sides, and in addition there is a circular recess in the handle, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 2 and from fig. 8 to fig. 12.
