Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie ekspresu do kawy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu , z boku i z góry, fig.2- ekspres w widoku z przodu, fig.3- ekspres w widoku z boku, fig.4- ekspres w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- ekspres w widoku z góry, fig.6 ekspres w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- ekspres w widoku z dolu. Ekspres do kawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy wypietrzony segment srodkowy, dwa laczace sie wtyle segmenty boczne oraz segment dolny, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne : korpus ma w widoku z góry i z dolu zarys trapezu równoramiennego, którego wieksza podstawa jest lukowata, a w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego, którego ramiona sa lukowate. W czesci górnej pola wypuklej sciany przedniej srodkowego segmentu korpusu usytuowane sa nastepujace elementy: szesc wskazników swietlnych o zarysach kolistych, szesc obszarów prostokatnych z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, które usytuowane sa w kolumnie jeden pod drugim i kazdy polozony obok wskaznika swietlnego, oraz jedno koliste wglebienie i jeden obszar prostokatny. Krawedz dolna czesci górnej sciany przedniej srodkowego segmentu korpusu ma zarys lukowaty. Czesc dolna sciany przedniej srodkowego segmentu korpusu jest cofnieta ku tylowi i odslania powierzchnie górna segmentu dolnego, w polu której znajduje sie centralny kolisty obszar. Na powierzchni górnej wspomnianego cofniecia znajduje sie element majacy w widoku z przodu zarys pólkola. W polu sciany bocznej prawego segmentu bocznego widoczne jest wybranie majace zarys czworoboku, a w polu sciany bocznej lewego segmentu bocznego widoczne jest centralne koliste wybranie, w którym znajduje sie wkladka z zebrowana sciana, przy czym przy wybraniu znajduje sie obnizenie sciany majace trójkatny zarys. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the coffee machine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the coffee machine in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - the coffee machine in a front view, fig. 3 - the coffee machine in a side view, fig. 4 - the coffee machine in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the coffee machine in a top view, fig. 6 - the coffee machine in a back view, and fig. 7 - the coffee machine in a bottom view. An industrial-design coffee machine, comprising a raised central segment, two rearward-connecting side segments, and a lower segment, has the following essential features: the body, when viewed from above and below, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with an arcuate larger base, and when viewed from the front and rear, has the outline of an approximately isosceles trapezoid with arcuate legs. The following elements are located in the upper part of the convex front wall of the central body segment: six circular light indicators, six rectangular areas with arcuate shorter sides arranged in a column, one below the other and each adjacent to a light indicator, and one circular recess and one rectangular area. The lower edge of the upper front wall of the central body segment has an arcuate outline. The lower part of the front wall of the middle body segment is recessed rearward, exposing the upper surface of the lower segment, which contains a central circular area. The upper surface of this recess contains an element with a semicircular outline in a front view. The side wall of the right side segment contains a quadrilateral recess, while the side wall of the left side segment contains a central circular recess containing an insert with a ribbed wall. The recess contains a triangular recess in the wall. Ventilation slits are visible in the rear body wall, and rectangular and circular areas are visible in the lower wall, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 7.
