Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku z tylu, fig.4- uchwyt w widoku z boku,fig.5- uchwyt w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig.7- uchwyt w widoku z dolu. Uchwyt mieszalnikowego zaworu sanitarnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest od tylu lukowato wybrana, przy czym wybranie siega do polowy stron bocznych sciany, zas od strony przedniej na walcowej czesci sciany bocznej znajduje sie wystep, który w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, a w widoku z boku ma zarys szerszego prostokata. Pod wystepem widoczny jest zarys kolisty, a w widoku z dolu w obszarze kolistej sciany uchwytu widoczny jest w przyblizeniu obrys krzyza z lukowatymi narozami, w polu, którego znajduja sie zarysy geometryczne, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do 7.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL3/Andreas DIMITRIADIS The design registration right is valid from: 11 March 2003 Priority: 11 September 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a handle for a sanitary mixer valve. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the handle for the sanitary mixer valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the handle for the sanitary mixer valve in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle in a front view, fig. 3 - the handle in a rear view, fig. 4 - the handle in a side view, fig. 5 - the handle in a second side view, fig. 6 - the handle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the handle in a bottom view. The handle of a sanitary mixer valve according to an industrial design has the following essential features: it has the shape of a cylinder, the side wall of which is arched at the rear, the recess reaching halfway down the side walls of the wall, and on the front side, on the cylindrical part of the side wall, there is a protrusion, which in a top view has the outline of a rectangle with arched shorter sides, and in a side view has the outline of a wider rectangle. Under the protrusion, a circular outline is visible, and in a bottom view, in the area of the circular wall of the handle, an approximate outline of a cross with arched corners is visible, in the area of which there are geometric outlines, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 7.
